Springs are the easiest and most cost effective way to improve your handling, get a more aggressive rake, and give your vehicle a more attractive stance. We do recommend replacing your shocks and struts at the same time with either Bilstein or Koni dampers.

Unlike conventional lowering springs, the MMR Height Adjustable Sport Spring kit for F8x M2, M2C, M3 and M4 gives you a fully customisable ride height adjustment. So however you want your car to sit, this Height Adjustable Spring kit allows you to infinitely fine tune heights front and rear until you reach your ideal stance. By retaining the OE dampers, whether fixed or adaptive, this solution costs much less than upgrading to coilovers does - yet with the reassurance of keeping your high quality, durable Adaptive M or static factory dampers in place. Best of both worlds, in other words. The method of adjustment is just the same as on a coilover suspension setup. Four adjustable perches fit underneath the Sport Springs. With a simple turn up or down on the threaded platform to change ride height, you can tailor it until reached your perfect height and rake.
