This spring set will make a subtle yet noticeable visual improvement to the F83's stance, reducing the perceived fender gap of the stock ride height. This spring kit fits F83 M4 including cars with Adaptive M Suspension.

These springs transform the handling into more of what (we feel) an M car should feel like -- sharp cornering with only a small sacrifice in ride quality. The ride is still very compliant and well suited for city streets, keeping the ride quality very close to the stock ride comfort� even with 20" wheels! Now that's a well engineered set of springs!

This aluminum spring seat fits between upper and lower 60mm springs to "join" them together. Typically you would have a main spring on top and a tender or helper spring on the bottom (or vice-versa). The spring joiner, or locator ring, fits between the springs with a retaining lip on the inside. We like this design better than an outside spring joiner because it's lighter and there's no material sitting on the outside where a tire might come in contact with it. These are priced per each.

Unlike conventional lowering springs, the MMR Height Adjustable Sport Spring kit for F8x M2, M2C, M3 and M4 gives you a fully customisable ride height adjustment. So however you want your car to sit, this Height Adjustable Spring kit allows you to infinitely fine tune heights front and rear until you reach your ideal stance. By retaining the OE dampers, whether fixed or adaptive, this solution costs much less than upgrading to coilovers does - yet with the reassurance of keeping your high quality, durable Adaptive M or static factory dampers in place. Best of both worlds, in other words. The method of adjustment is just the same as on a coilover suspension setup. Four adjustable perches fit underneath the Sport Springs. With a simple turn up or down on the threaded platform to change ride height, you can tailor it until reached your perfect height and rake. This generous sweep of adjustment provides a lowering range of 20-45mm on the front and 10-35mm at the rear (versus factory ride height). The Sport Springs themselves, finished in beautiful MMR Grey, are carefully developed progressive rate springs, with vehicle-specific rates carefully chosen to match with the damper characteristics of the factory suspension. It’s by specifying progressive rate Sport Springs that allows us to deliver the perfect blend of improved dynamics in hard driving, yet without sacrificing ride quality in normal us in the middle of the springs’ travel. Push-on through the corners and the F8x chassis really comes to life, making it feel lighter, more direct and with significantly sharper turn-in.
