The BMS Elite B58TU charge pipe upgrade is constructed from high-gauge aluminum and features a CNC throttle body and turbo flange for a snug, OEM-style fit. It features a glossy black powder coat to coordinate with the engine bay and includes three 1/8" NPT bungs ideal for an external boost gauge or methanol nozzles. With a double o-ring seal design on the chargepipe flange that attaches to the turbo, this chargepipe is designed to withstand up to 40+psi of high boost. Also includes a heavy-duty replacement coupler, o-rings, clamps, and all required installation hardware. Now available with or without a Turbosmart Raceport BOV! The blow-off valve version releases excess pressure in the charge pipes when letting off the gas. The Burger Motorsports intake manifold replaces your weak factory plastic B58 manifold with a direct fit high flow high strength aluminum manifold. Features port injection bungs located on the top of the manifold for easy access and optimal injector spray pattern, and 1/8" expansion vacuum ports perfect for gauges, BOV references, or Hobbs switches. Includes high-quality o-rings and all required hardware. Your factory high-quality intercooler core slides right in. Available with required port injection hardware (calibrated injectors with plug-and-play fuel line), or ala-cart without the extra fueling hardware. The optional high-quality Bosch EV14 42mm fuel injectors are offered in 550cc, 750cc, and 950cc options. For most 700-800whp applications we suggest the 750cc injectors, while the 550cc injectors are suitable for applications below 700whp. The Burger Motorsports custom billet Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) cap includes an integrated heavy-duty check valve to let much-needed air in and prevent dangerous WMI vapor/fumes and liquid from getting out! Each cap is CNC machined in the USA from a solid block of billet aluminum, engraved with the BMS logo, and anodized blue for protection. Check valve piston must be lightly lubricated if tank shows signs of vacuum. One drop of penetrating oil or motor oil in the top will keep the check valve operational. With CNC machined serviceable/cleanable nozzle inserts for precise fluid metering. Choose single or dual nozzles and match the flow rate to your power needs! Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) nozzles are determined by the intended power and how many bungs your charge pipe has. These nozzles are 1/8” NPT and screw in to bungs included on most aftermarket charge pipes. BMS "super atomizing" nozzles are designed and manufactured by BMS and are known for their great atomization and flow characteristics. The number on the methanol injection nozzle represents the approximate gallons per hour of fluid when at full flow. Generally speaking running two smaller nozzles is preferred to one larger nozzle for an equal flow to improve fluid atomization and distribution.
