Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This, in turn, reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are designed with comfort in mind, allowing the sway bar to articulate while permitting additional movement, leading to less-than-ideal bar retention and causes unnecessary body roll.
Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and keeping sway bars in check. Polyurethane bushings won't slop around like OEM bushings, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.
Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle. A full lifetime warranty backs every one of their products and demonstrates the level of confidence and commitment Powerflex has to their customers.

To reduce the understeering affects of a staggered wheel setup you want a balanced set of sway bars. ECS has configured this anti-roll bar set for the non-M E46 with a 27mm adjustable front bar and a 21mm rear bar. The front is adjustable to two positions to fine-tune the handling and reduce understeer. The rear bar is fixed to retain the stock sway bar link. These anti-roll bars include urethane bushings with a reinforced inner liner that eliminates squeaks and doesn't require lubrication. The bars are powder coated for durability and good looks.
These bars fit in the stock locations using the existing brackets and links. Adjustable links are not required but recommended if the car is lowered or if you have coil overs (note: the rear bar is designed to only use the stock link, heavily lowered cars should not use this kit).
The bars are adjustable so any driver can find an ideal setup for the type of driving they are doing. The sway bar becomes stiffer in the hole(s) furthest from the end of the bar. The holes at the very end of the bar are the softest setting. We would generally recommend starting out with the front bar set to the stiffer setting and adjust to your liking from there.

Enhance your BMW E36's performance handling with Turner Motorsport's latest generation sway bars. These sway bars have been fine-tuned through racing experience in World Challenge, offering improved handling by reducing body roll and achieving a neutral handling balance. The set includes CNC machined ends, dual adjustment positions per bar, and re-contoured bends for better clearance. The front solid sway bar (30mm) is one of the largest available, specifically designed to address understeer issues.
For optimal performance, adjustable sway bar end links are recommended. These links ensure proper clearance and prevent pre-load on the bars, vital for improved suspension dynamics, especially if the vehicle is lowered or equipped with coilovers.

MINI R50 to R59 Performance Polyurethane Front Sway Bar Bushing Set is designed to enhance your vehicle's cornering performance. Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, keeping the vehicle flat and reducing body roll, thus improving the driver's confidence during cornering. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are often too soft, leading to excessive movement and reduced sway bar effectiveness.
Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are much firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and ensuring the sway bars perform at their best. These bushings maintain their integrity far better than OEM versions, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.

Lowering your BMW does wonders for appearance and handling, but it also changes suspension geometry in ways that can hurt performance. As ride height changes, angles between the sway bar, control arms, and axles shift, which can cause binding, poor fitment, and added stress on the factory fixed-length end links. This is especially noticeable on cars equipped with coilover suspension, where slight height differences side to side can preload the sway bar and lead to inconsistent handling.
Our team of dedicated BMW enthusiasts set out to remedy this common issue with a set of Adjustable Rear Sway Bar End Links. Designed with performance in mind, they offer a fully adjustable range from 100mm to 120mm, helping eliminate preload, restore proper suspension alignment, and improve overall sway bar function. Constructed from high-quality billet aluminum, these end links are built to outlast the factory cast components and are finished with a black anodized coating for excellent corrosion resistance. Laser-etched wrench size markings allow for quick, easy adjustments while installed on the vehicle. Unlike the factory design, these end links use spherical rod ends at the control arm for increased responsiveness and a more direct handling feel. A unique knurled bushing design also ensures compatibility with the OEM sway bar, offering a first-to-market solution for enthusiasts looking to retain factory components.
Features & Benefits:
Adjustable from 100mm to 120mm Strong 6061-T6 billet aluminum construction Black anodized finish resists corrosion Spherical rod ends improve response and handling feel Polyurethane bushing with knurled bore helps retain grease Fits factory rear sway bars on E23, E24, E28, E30, and E36 Laser-etched markings for quick and easy adjustments
