We set out to amplify the F80/F82 with a proper exhaust system. To accomplish this goal, our engineers at Turner increased flow and delivered an exhaust system that captures the full unrestricted sound of the twin turbo inline-6 S55 engine. The increase in flow was gained from dual 2.5" stainless exhaust pipes that feed into one of the best designed mufflers on the market. Our in-house engineers specifically designed the muffler with flow in mind to ensure that even with the exhaust valves closed, our Turner muffler flows better and sounds better than the stock muffler. Dinan sport mufflers are designed to compliment the M3 and not overpower the driver and passengers with harsh tones. Dinan engineers their exhausts to sound great and be a natural fit to the character of the car as well as produce more power and torque. Four 3.5" black ceramic tips engraved with the Dinan logo fill out the rear valence (choose either polished or satin black tips). Annoying highway drone has also been engineered out of the system. Dinan uses only 304 stainless steel in their systems for the maximum corrosion protection. This system replaces the factory rear mufflers at a pre-determined cut point on the stock exhaust, which makes for an easy installation and you can reinstall your original mufflers using factory hardware. Detailed installation instructions are included.

N55 vs S55:
When shopping for an F87 M2 you have two options to choose from. Either you choose the standard M2 with the N55 engine or the M2 Competition that comes equipped with the S55. The best part about either the competition or non-comp M2 is you are still getting the "M" suspension, drivetrain, and experience. From our experience, there is not a big trade-off between the two models that can justify the price difference. With the N55 you get a lighter weight and extremely capable weapon. Paired with an intake, tune, and the Turner lightweight exhaust the M2 is not a car to be messed with.

During testing, use an OBD-linked app(MHD) to select the optimal valve position based on your sound preference. The Akrapovic Cat-back Titanium exhaust system for the BMW X5/X6 M is designed for drivers who demand more power and less weight. In addition to weight reduction and a power gain, one of the tasks of the Akrapovic team was also to make the sound of the X5/X6 M become music to ones ears. An optional wireless "dualmode" exhaust flap control allows the vehicle to have a more civilized, but deeper than stock sound at low speed. However, when the exhaust flap is opened the muffler is bypassed, creating a deep and sporty sound much more in keeping with the personality of the car.

The MACH Force XP exhaust system for the 2011-2015 BMW 535i N55 produced 9 horsepower and 7 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust system is constructed from 2.50” mandrel bent 304 stainless steel, TIG-welded and has a hand brushed finish. The system begins with a 3.50” inlet off of the down pipe and merges into dual 2.50” tubing which improves performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. 335 TITANIUM VALVED CATBACK EXHAUST
Increase flow, turn up the volume, and shed some weight for the track. These exhaust components are strikingly good looking with beautiful welded pie cut construction and offer weight savings of over 55%. You can drop more than half the weight of your factory exhaust and give your car the aggressive sound it should have came optioned with from the factory.
We set out to amplify the F30/F32 with a proper exhaust system. To accomplish this goal, our engineers increased flow, reduced weight by 27lbs, and deliver an exhaust system that captures the full unrestricted sound of the turbo inline-6 N55 engine. The increase in flow is gained from single free flowing 3.0" titanium exhaust pipes that feed into the best designed muffler on the market. Our Turner muffler is specifically designed with flow in mind to ensure that even with the exhaust valves closed, the muffler flows and sounds better than the stock muffler. Weight reduction is achieved by replacing the factory piping with lightweight Ti22 titanium and a full titanium muffler for the most weight advantage possible. The best part of the full titanium exhaust is the capability to control just how aggressive you want to your exhaust to sound, far beyond the point that the factory exhaust is able to perform. PERFORMANCE N55 STEPPED INTERCOOLER
Engines make more power when you're able to move as much air and fuel as possible through them. However, air density is just as important as air volume. Cooler air is denser air, so in addition to keeping your engine cool, it's important to make sure that your intake charge is as cool as possible. Turner Motorsport's upgraded intercooler works to reduce air temperatures with a bare minimum of pressure drop. Less pressure drop means less restriction, and a turbocharger that doesn't have to work as hard. This results not only in a longer service life for your turbocharger, but a substantial increase in performance as well.
The stepped design increases volume and surface are in a limited space by adding an additional smaller core at the top of the intercooler. Both cross sectional area and frontal surface area are increased by a whopping 56%, with a design that still weighs under 20 pounds. On the stock intercooler, the temperature differential between the inlet and outlet sides of the intercooler represented a 95 degree drop. With the Turner Motorsport intercooler, that drop was increased to a chilling 140 degrees. The dyno results don't lie: as a bolt-in upgrade, expect gains of 18 wheel horsepower and 10 lb/ft of torque. With a tune and supporting modifications, further gains are possible, up to 36 horsepower and 28 lb/ft of torque.
