Although both options will keep the air to your engine clean and improve airflow, there are a few differences to consider when choosing the best filter for you. How to service an oiled air filter:

Take out your High Flow Filter
Gently tap your air filter on a smooth surface
Wash with warm soapy water a a soft bristled brush
Rinse with low pressure water
Let the filter air dry
Apply new filter oil

Due to weak plastic construction, the factory plastic crankcase ventilation breather hose is known to fail. After years of exposure to piping-hot engine bay temperatures and chemical-laden oil vapors, the corrugated plastic tubing can crack, crumble, or fail altogether.
