Stiffer sway bar bushings (also commonly referred to as anti roll bar bushings) reduce play and deflection in the sway bar. Rubber bushings tend to get soft and pliable over time and allow the sway bar to flex too much. Stiffer bushings restore stability and performance. All Powerflex bushings come with a lifetime warranty. Check size to confirm before ordering.

This is a replacement LEFT/DRIVER front inner ball joint, as found on all 2001 to 2005 BMW E46 325xi and 330xi. These are a common failure item, and we recommend replacing these in pairs (be sure to buy a right side as well). These should also be replaced when installing new control arms.

Control arm bushings play a key role in connecting the wheels to the chassis of the vehicle. Tasked with keeping suspension geometry in check while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber bushings were engineered to provide a balance of comfort and control. As a factory bushing ages, it becomes brittle and begins to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play in the suspension joint. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk forward after the car comes to a stop and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushing with a full polyurethane unit or using a bushing insert, this play is eliminated since the suspension joint is being supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Featuring 95A durometer polyurethane, Black Series bushings are 25% stiffer than street bushings. Engineered to perform, Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings offer a supreme level of control, while still providing enough comfort for the street, with advanced polyurethane that reduces NVH that often accompanies lesser bushings. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

Poweflex is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension bushings. Using state of the art design and manufacturing, all replacement bushings are engineered to out-perform and out-last the ones that came in the car. Each line of bushings is meticulously tested and then re-tested to ensure perfect fitment and enduring quality through the life of the vehicle. A full lifetime warranty backs every one of their products and demonstrates the level of confidence and commitment Powerflex has to their customers.

These Rear Traction Arm Knuckle Bushing replace the rubber factory bushing attaching the lower control arm to the knuckle with a low friction teflon-lined spherical bearing. Replacing the OEM component with this bushing will allow for less deflection under heavy load, and less bind as the arm travels through its suspension. The folks at SPL use the largest possible FK bearing in this location for increased longevity and lower NVH. The housing for the bearing is machined out of 6061-T6 aluminum and is CNC cut to +/- .001" tolerance to insure proper fitment.

Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This in turn reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence. OEM rubber sway bar bushings are designed with comfort in mind, allowing the sway bar to articulate while permitting additional movement, leading to less-than-ideal bar retention and causes unnecessary body roll.

Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings are firmer than factory rubber bushings, reducing body roll and keeping sway bars in check. Polyurethane bushings won't slop around like OEM bushings, allowing sway bars to function at their fullest potential.

Tasked with keeping the vehicles rear end firmly mounted while absorbing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) factory rubber subframe bushings were engineered to provide a balance of control while keeping the ride quality soft and supple. As a factory bushings age, they become brittle and begin to harden. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow excess play, or movement in the subframe. This is typically felt by a sudden jerk or "thunking" noise under acceleration and is a leading cause of "sloppy" or "loose" suspension feel. By replacing the bushings with full polyurethane this play is eliminated since the subframe is being held in place by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. Additionally, the inherent stiffness of the urethane material translates body forces much more directly. This means steering and acceleration inputs from the driver are effectively transferred to the wheels and vital road information is transmitted properly from the wheels to the driver.

Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Expect improved steering feel, turn in, more responsive handling and overall improved chassis composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane control arm bushings.

The subframe and differential mounting point is the heart of the rear suspension in an E34. When they move, so do all of the rear suspension mounting points. Replacing the stock rubber subframe and differential bushings with UHMW will limit drivetrain and suspension movement and keep your car’s suspension geometry the way it’s supposed to be. They will last longer than the original rubber and do not 'wind up' under load/unload, transferring more power through the axles to the wheels. Recommended for street or race use. Set of 2 subframe bushings.

Differentials serve the key purpose of transmitting power from the driveshaft to the axles. Factory rubber bushings absorb some of this power to allow for cushy, comfortable acceleration, at the expense of performance. Many OEM differential bushings are fast-wearing and failure-prone, resulting in driveline slop and thunks when shifting or going over bumps. Your BMW G80/G82/G87 will improve in: Improved Handling and Stability - Upgrading to an aftermarket rear differential front mount bushing can do wonders for your car's handling and stability. These bushings are designed with performance in mind, reducing unwanted movement of the differential. Reduced Wheel Hop - Wheel hop can be a drag, both figuratively and literally. An upgraded front mount bushing helps minimize wheel hop, especially during hard acceleration or aggressive driving. Say goodbye to that unsettling bounce and hello to smoother power delivery. Powerflex polyurethane differential bushings are firmer than OEM rubber bushings, eliminating associated driveline slop and allowing for the crisp application of power to the ground, resulting in better throttle response and control. Powerflex is the number one selling suspension bushing manufacturer in Europe. Their experience with polyurethane bushing material and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques allows them to produce premium performance bushings, made to exact-fit standards. Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings are built to last longer than OEM rubber bushings while improving performance and allowing for a more engaging driving experience. The use of Powerflex Copper Grease PCG1 is recommended for ease of installation. Periodic reapplication is recommended to extend the squeak-free service life of bushings. Powerflex Black Series bushings are the ultimate in track and race bushings. Need bushings for a car that's street-driven? Sway bars transmit cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, helping to keep the vehicle flat during cornering. This, in turn, reduces body roll and improves the driver's cornering confidence.

Differential bushings are responsible for keeping the differential in solid alignment while dampening drivetrain vibration. While OE rubber bushings are fine when they are new from the factory, aged and worn out rubber bushings create a multitude of issues that can range from annoying to dangerous. As a factory bushing ages, it begins to harden and become brittle. When this happens the bushing will actually shrink and allow for movement at the differential mounting point. At this point, the differential is free to shift under load causing a noticeable clunking noise under acceleration and deceleration and massively increasing the stress on the driveshaft and axles. Manual transmissions suffer the worst from this as it can make shifting difficult since the differential will shift when the clutch is engaged and disengaged.

By replacing these bushings with full polyurethane, the movement is eliminated since the mounting point is supported by a much stiffer material that will not harden or shrink over time. This means less stress on the driveshaft and axles and greater longevity of supporting components.

Expect improved acceleration response, more direct shifting feel and overall improved drivetrain composure with Powerflex performance polyurethane bushings.

The heart of the rear suspension, the subframe (or carrier) mounts located the entire rear suspension to the car. There are four mounts in total and bolt up into the rear floor. Worn subframe mounts are one of the leading contributors to rear floor-subframe failure. As the mounts flex, so does the sheetmetal of the chassis, which will fatigue the sheetmetal and crack the spot welds. Therefore, replacement of the subframe mounts is critical and a must when doing the subframe reinforcement or repair. This kit comprises OEM Lemforder and Meyle HD rubber subframe mounts. Solid aluminum mounts are also available with very little increase in NVH.

Upgrade your vehicle's handling performance with Powerflex polyurethane sway bar bushings. Unlike OEM rubber bushings that prioritize comfort over precision, Powerflex bushings are designed to reduce body roll and enhance cornering confidence.

Sway bars play a crucial role in transmitting cornering forces from the outside wheels to the inside wheels, ensuring your vehicle stays flat during sharp turns. However, OEM rubber bushings can lead to unnecessary body roll due to their flexible nature, compromising the effectiveness of the sway bars.

Powerflex polyurethane bushings offer a firmer alternative to OEM rubber, providing improved bar retention and minimizing sloppiness during cornering. This results in enhanced handling capabilities and a more engaging driving experience.

As the leading suspension bushing manufacturer in Europe, Powerflex leverages its expertise in polyurethane materials and advanced manufacturing techniques to produce premium bushings that meet exact-fit standards. Whether you're driving on the street or hitting the track, Powerflex bushings are built to last longer than OEM rubber counterparts while delivering superior performance.

For easy installation and prolonged service life, we recommend using Powerflex Copper Grease PCG1. This grease helps reduce squeaks and ensures optimal performance of the bushings over time.

Choose Powerflex street bushings for daily-driven vehicles with occasional autocross or track outings. For dedicated track cars seeking maximum stiffness, Powerflex Black Series bushings with a 95A durometer polyurethane material are the ultimate choice, offering 25% more stiffness than street bushings.

To top it off, Powerflex stands behind its products with a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, providing peace of mind and assurance of quality and durability. Upgrade your suspension with Powerflex and experience the difference in handling performance.

These are a common failure item on all 325xi and 330xi, and a new set will reduce many front end alignment and steering feel issues. This is a pair (2 bushings)

Bushings tends to wear over time and split or even break free from the internal sleeve, causing excessive movement and sloppy control feel. OEM Lemförder bushings are the perfect option to restore suspension back to day 1 quality.

Powerflex street bushings are ideal for street driven vehicles and those that see occasional autocross or track time. Need bushings for a dedicated track car?
