Our Turner Motorsport Rear Diffuser was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team at Turner Motorsport. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modelling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

We've all heard the E30 horror stories of smashed oil pans and engine damage that follows. You have a few options, either you drive extremely carefully and hope nothing happens, or take the proactive approach and buy a quality skid plate.

Our skid plate offers a range of features, including chassis mounting, structural reinforcement, compatibility with 24v swaps, provisions for airflow, and acting as a splash guard. Whether shielding against everyday road hazards or ensuring stability on the track, this skid plate serves as a comprehensive protection plan to keep your E30 secure and road-ready.

In addition to its protective role, the skid plate contributes to the overall quality of your vehicle by enhancing chassis stiffness. By providing structural reinforcement through its tubular steel and A36 steel supports, the skid plate becomes an integral part of your car's framework. This added stiffness can improve handling and stability, ensuring that your vehicle responds confidently to different driving conditions.

Featuring two 1.5" outer diameter A36 steel supports that mount directly on the chassis rails, these serve as front mounts for the provided A36 tubular steel "halo," which securely mounts to the front subframe. When bolted together, the uprights and tubular halo double as a rigid front subframe brace, providing an additional bonus.

Developed on both a stock 325is (M20) and an S54 swap car, our engineers dedicated time to ensure compatibility with both standard and 24v swapped cars. Constructed with tubular steel and 1/8" thick 5052 aluminum, our skid plate comes as a comprehensive 4-piece kit with included hardware for easy installation and incredible durability.

At this time the confirmed vehicle fitment is standard M20 cars (325i, IS, E, and ES) and all E30's sporting a 24v swap with the E34 525 M50 oil pan.

Nothing but the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer and rigorous long term product testing.

BMW's newest high-performance powertrain—the S58B30—has proven to be an extremely durable platform built to last! Unfortunately, its factory oil cooler location is an egregious weak link in an otherwise bulletproof oiling system. Positioned just inches above the ground, the engine oil cooler is vulnerable to damage from debris, potholes, parking blocks, and other unavoidable road hazards. A single impact has the potential to rupture the cooler’s delicate aluminum fins and tubes, resulting in rapid oil loss and catastrophic low oil pressure. The only factory protection for this part is a flimsy undertray.

To safeguard the oil cooler, we've engineered a high-strength Aluminum Skid Plate for the F97 X3M and F98 X4M. Designed for peak performance and protection, our skid plate acts as a shield, preventing damage to the oil cooler while maintaining proper cooling efficiency.

Crafted from 4GA (4.83mm) 5052 aluminum, our skid plate delivers a perfect balance of strength and weight savings. Unlike the fragile factory plastic belly pan, our design forms a protective barrier from the front bumper to the front subframe, shielding your oil cooler and other fragile componentry from unexpected impacts. Its sturdy one-piece design enhances underbody rigidity without adding unnecessary weight over the front axle.

At Turner Motorsport, we believe protection shouldn't come at the cost of performance. Our engineers aimed to outperform the factory undertray design with laser-cut air channels that optimize airflow through the oil cooler. While located under the engine, the oil cooler receives its fresh airflow from the front air dam. Air flows through the lower front grille, into the oil cooler core, and out of the skid plate. The factory belly pan allows air to bypass the core, leading to inefficient cooling and mediocre airflow at speed. Our design allows for efficient heat dissipation by incorporating flared air channels, which guide cool air through the oil cooler and deflect road debris before it can reach the fragile core.

By now your factory belly pan is either falling off, broken into pieces or missing all together. Our new Turner Motorsport Aluminum skid plate for the E36 chassis is designed to replace the factory plastic splash shield. It is so common for the splash guard to be missing that we are convinced they never existed at all. Your new skid plate will feature frame mounting along with plastic riv-nuts and hardware to attach to the front bumper for an factory like fitment with extra utility.

Having a skid plate/splash guard has more purpose than you would believe. The skid plate is used to not only protect your underbody from rogue debris damaging the oil pan, but the other great benefit is protecting your drive belts and pulleys! When you open your hood and look down in front of your engine you see a series of drive belts and most likely you can see straight to the ground where there was originally a splash guard. When driving you are exposing your drive belts to the water, dirt and debris on the road which can lead to premature failure drive belts and accessories (Or even worse, the dreaded belt squeak.)

The E46 M3 CSL sparked a lot of interest among enthusiasts about the "high kick" look. But what about those who want the aggressive, high kick look without having to replace the entire trunk? We took it upon ourselves to CAD design an aggressive, high kick spoiler that pays homage to the CSL styling, while flowing perfectly with the beautiful body lines of the E92 that resonate with BMW enthusiasts everywhere. Our carbon fiber is hand laid, with a beautiful gloss finish that will match well with any other carbon fiber accents on your E92 coupe. Our high kick rear spoiler will instantly give your vehicle a more aggressive look.

Installation is very simple. First, clean your trunk lid, then remove the backing on the already attached double sided tape and press firmly to apply the spoiler. We recommend installing in a warm environment to ensure long-lasting application.
