This system is constructed from 100% 304-stainless steel and features adjustable Active Autowerke double walled tips, making it ideal both for 2-door and 4-door models (also allows for cleaner fitment with diffusers).
This system uses factory style flanges making it a complete bolt on system that requires no cutting or welding. The system is a straight-through design providing substantial improvements to gas flow over the factory exhaust.
The sound is unobtrusive, with a rich mellow tone and delivers a solid 5+hp, with key gains in the mid-range. In addition, the Active Autowerke E9X M3 Signature Exhaust system features large 3" piping for maximum exhaust flow while maintaining enough back-pressure to result in horsepower increases across the entire RPM range.
The factory E9X M3 muffler features a Noise Canceling Chamber inside the muffler and Active Autowerke has retained this feature by adding two custom Active Autowerke noise canceling chambers (NCC)on each muffler to reduce/minimize the drone (the 'booming' noise some muffler emit at cruising speeds, ~3500 rpm).

The MACH Force XP exhaust system for the BMW 325i/ci 330i/ci E46 produced 13 horsepower and 15 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust system is constructed from 2.25” mandrel bent 409 stainless steel and is MIG-welded for high strength. The system uses a true dual in and dual out high flow muffler with 2.25” tubing which improves performance across the entire power band while maintaining a great tone. To finish off this exhaust are dual, double wall resonated angle cut 304 stainless steel tips. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations for a hassle-free installation. No modifications necessary.

This Supersprint performance exhaust is built from the Euro exhaust layout. It features oversized dual 50mm stainless steel pipes leading from the catalytic converter. This Supersprint system has a center resonator and rear muffler with free-flow designs for a sporty sound and less restriction to free up horsepower. The sound is such a great match to the M88/S38 engine and retro cool that these cars have now. It's a classic growl and throaty sound without being overly aggressive. We've had nothing but compliments on the sound from this system. The previous mild steel versions have been discontinued - this system is now 100% T304 stainless steel!

Fitment Notes: This system is not a direct fit with the US catalytic converter section. The factory system is connected with 2-bolt flanges but the Supersprint Euro system is based on the Euro 3-bolt flanges. The US cat section flanges must be removed and replaced with the triangular 3-bolt flange (BMW p/n 18111178137) and gaskets (p/n 18301723886). Or, conversely, remove the 3-bolt flanges from the Supersprint and re-weld the old 2-bolt flanges from the stock resonator section.

The complete system is stainless steel and a direct fit to the stock catalytic converters (with the appropriate adapter pipe for the SWB or LWB).
