This system is constructed of 2.50" diameter, mandrel bent, TIG-welded, 304 stainless steel, brushed finish tubing and uses all factory mounting locations for an approximate 1 hour install time. In recent testing, this exhaust system produced 12 horsepower and 11 lbs. x ft. of torque. This unique system utilizes 3.5" diameter 304 polished laser etched quad tips that fit perfectly in your stock bumper cutouts.

304 Stainless Steel:
This unique exhaust system uses 2.5" diameter 304 Stainless Steel that is TIG-welded and has a hand brushed finish.

304 Stainless Steel Polished Quad Tips:
3.5" diameter polished tips are used for and aggressive yet sporty look.

Dual Mufflers:

This system is the result of countless hours of R&D to obtain the perfect combination of performance and sound. Constructed of 100% 304 TIG welded stainless steel, they have created a modular exhaust system that will provide enough flow to support power levels way above the stock M2 Competition. When installed as a complete unit, the exhaust diameter of our system never shrinks below 3.5” The rear section splits from a single 3.5” pipe in to dual 3.5” pipes; one of which is valved and leads straight to the exhaust tips with the other leading to a straight through muffler that reduces noise levels when the valve is closed. The Y-pipe is hand built to maintain maximum exhaust velocity throughout the entire system. With the reduced back pressure and large single-pipe design you can expect exhaust velocity to remain as high as possible throughout the entire system. The design is also capable of handling much higher power levels than stock. It’s over engineered to have no issues handling the increased exhaust volume from extensive modifications including turbo upgrades. The stock M2 Competition sounds great, but there’s always room for improvement! They configured 7 different muffler and resonator setups before settling on the final product. With the valve closed the system is slightly louder than stock but with a great note. With the valve open it’s significantly louder but without the metallic, hollow sound of a full straight pipe exhaust. This performance tuned Mach Force XP cat-back exhaust system produces 11hp and 13lbs. x ft. of torque for your BMW 335i N55. This exhaust system is constructed from 2.75" mandrel bent, high polished 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and an aggressive look. The system also comes with dual high flow resonators and dual 3.5" polished 304 stainless steel tips and mufflers to build a mellow, yet powerful sound.

All aFe exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured in our Corona, California manufacturing facility.

Leak-Free Seal:
High-quality band clamps and OE style flanges are used for a complete 360-degree sealing surface.

Aggressive Sound:

Constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium alloys, the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system has been perfectly tuned to deliver the very best aural experience in all driving modes. Through extensive testing and development, the Akrapovič sound engineers have coaxed a deep, sporty, higher-frequency V8 sound from the car’s turbo engine, more akin to that of a muscle car, while keeping it smooth and eliminating any drone that might hamper the enjoyment. The full titanium exhaust system is finished with two sets of carbon-fibre / titanium tailpipes coming from a central muffler layout featuring two valves, one located on either side of the muffler. The housings are cast in-house in the Akrapovič foundry, and there is a cast collector on the link pipe, where gases from both sides of the engine mix, all designed to create a perfect sound. This plug-and-play exhaust system can be further regulated with the addition of the Akrapovič Sound Kit to control the valves in the exhaust and switch between the sound modes.
