This is an OEM Ruville mechanical tensioner for 2003+ BMW's with the M54 or M56 engine. These belt tensioner units are known to fail, and include the tensioner pulley (as shown).

This set of top-end gaskets is a both a time and money saver. It includes all of the commonly replaced gaskets, seals, and o-rings when pulling the cylinder head for overhaul. Having these on hand instead of chasing them down at the last minute will save you time, money, and frustration. With the head off the car you're going to want or need to replace these items anyway to ensure it's free of fluid and vacuum leaks. This is especially important because the newer BMW models have very strict emissions controls and vacuum and oil leaks can create turmoil in the system. Even if you're not pulling the head this set includes so many valuable parts you'll want to keep this on hand to use for spares.

From the factory, all BMWs utilize soft rubber or fluid-filled engine mounts. Not only are these mounts prone to degradation, they also allow ample movement of the drivetrain. This translates to looseness in your driveline, commonly associated with missed shifts and a generally isolated feeling.
To improve upon this issue, Black Forest Industries designed these upgraded mounts from the ground up. Their stage one mounts feature a proprietary 85A durometer bushing and bracket/cup design. Maximizing bushing area while minimizing vibration gives this mount the advantage of having the best ride characteristics possible from a urethane mount.

Perfect fit: Utilizing laser-scanning technology permits seamless integration with the factory engine mount arms. Quality tooling: All bosses are matched replicas with stock locations, and all tool clearances and specs are maintained. Heavy-duty construction: The use of billet aluminum instead of cast creates a mount that is dramatically stronger than its factory cast-construction counterpart. Performance design: 85A durometer bushings are geared toward the spirited driving enthusiast who doesn't mind increasing NVH. Choose BFI Stage 2 for a quality mount that eliminates drivetrain movement.
Note: Stage 2 mounts increase NVH. Therefore, these mounts are not intended to be used on daily driven vehicles.

This is a complete Low-Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) upgrade that replaces your stock LPFP assembly with a new E85 certified one. The new Walbro 450 pump provides approximately 100% more flow than stock and this assembly can be purchased one of three ways to meet your needs.
Both options include the following:
To be eligible for a core return, the bucket must be completely stock and undamaged. (Pump itself does not have to be functioning)
+ International customers: Due to different emissions requirements, the top portion of your fuel bucket (top hat) is different and doesn't have a large vent tube connection. For this reason, we are no longer sending the top hat to international customers as this often causes confusion. Those customers will simply re-use their current top hat when installing their Stage 2 pump.
- All Stage 2 assemblies are stock buckets that have been rebuilt and may show signs of being disassembled and rebuilt. They are all flow tested and verified before being shipped.
