After machining and engraving, pulleys are then T3 hard anodized for additional strength, anti-corrosion & wear resistance. Our DualDrive design replaces the Crank Accessory & Power Steering Pulleys, resulting in an additional 9-14 HP and 7-9ft. lbs TQ gain for the M3. Gains are due to a reduction in power required to turn accessories; an increase in accessories lifespan due to lower speed will also result. All factory harmonics/balancing are undisturbed. This is a complete Low-Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) upgrade that replaces your stock LPFP assembly with a new E85 certified one. The new Walbro 450 pump provides approximately 100% more flow than stock and this assembly can be purchased one of three ways to meet your needs.

Trade-in:
- This option allows you to receive a rebuilt/upgraded stock bucket with a new Walbro 450 pump, filter, and fittings to swap out your stock LPFP assembly. A $150 core deposit is included in the price that will be refunded when we receive your *stock bucket.
New Build:
- This option includes a new LPFP bucket that is upgraded with a new Walbro 450 pump, filter, and fittings. No core deposit is required but you are eligible for a core refund of $50 should you elect to return your *stock bucket.

Both options include the following:

A complete plug and play solution by simply replacing your stock bucket
A new E85 compatible Walbro 450 pump
A new Walbro filter
A custom fitting that is tuned to optimize the venturi and pump output
Spare vent tube clip
Flow testing prior to shipping

To be eligible for a core return, the bucket must be completely stock and undamaged. (Pump itself does not have to be functioning)

+ International customers: Due to different emissions requirements, the top portion of your fuel bucket (top hat) is different and doesn't have a large vent tube connection. For this reason, we are no longer sending the top hat to international customers as this often causes confusion. Those customers will simply re-use their current top hat when installing their Stage 2 pump.

- All Stage 2 assemblies are stock buckets that have been rebuilt and may show signs of being disassembled and rebuilt. They are all flow tested and verified before being shipped.

It utilizes a stock pump for the primary pump so that your EKP operates as intended by the factory eliminating potential errors for current draw and the secondary pump then runs under high boost only. For power levels up to 700whp we'd recommend using the standard 450 pump and beyond 700whp we'd recommend upgrading to the 525 pump. If you are running E85 or ethanol mixes in your BMW, you need this kit! This is a complete plug and play kit to install a Bluetooth ethanol sensor in your S55 BMW. This kit replaces the stock fuel lines from the fuel tank to the engine bay with an upgraded -6an E85 compatible fuel line and adds an ethanol sensor and Bluetooth analyzer to monitor your ethanol content. Includes both Bluetooth App & 5v analog output for JB4 or flash tuning. For your fuel line upgrade, choose the option that supports your current configuration. HPFP to the fuel tank: (Stock) This upgrade replaces both stock fuel lines with one upgraded continuous fuel line from the fuel tank to the HPFP and adds the ethanol sensor. Port Injection to the fuel tank: If you are running our port injection kit, this upgrade replaces the stock fuel lines from the tank to the engine bay, integrates the ethanol sensor and then utilizes a Y adapter to supply the HPFP and PI with fuel. Our custom fittings remove those tee's and extra fittings for a cleaner high flow setup. Non-Fuel-It! port injection to fuel tank: Choose this option if you are running a port injection kit that we did not manufacture or sell. This kit includes a longer 18" feedline from the Y to the port injection rail. You then cut the feed line to the length you need and install the included -6an female fitting or -6an female elbow to make the connection to your port injection rail. All of these kits utilize the BMS custom billet aluminum fittings to integrate with the stock fittings so no modifications are needed. *For the BMW F-series JB4 platform connect the white wire to position #16 on the JB4 25 pin harness.
