A flying lead harness is a wiring harness that is unterminated at one end and has an excess length of wire so that installation can be customized by the end user. That makes this section of the ReFlex+ Install Harness truly universal. On one end, this harness has an 8-pin connector to plug into any one of our ReFlex+ Main Injector Harnesses. The full plug-and-play EKPM3 / EKPM2 cooler kit is designed specifically for E9X BMWs using an EKPM3 or EKPM2 fuel pump control module. This is recommended for anyone using a low-pressure fuel pump that is larger than the OEM fuel pump. Please note that if you have an HW06 + (Slim EKPM3), you must choose the HW06 option, as the pre-HW06 housings will not fit. Installation Tips: https://arcterminator.com/pages/e90-e92-e93-ekp-cooler-install-instructions We recommend using Fuse #8 (2007+ E9X), which is the cigarette lighter fuse to power this. It is a 20 amp fuse, which you will just need to pull out and put it into the empty slot of the fuse holder that comes with the kit. Then you'll need to put that fuse holder into the now empty #8 fuse slot. This ensures that the fan will only turn on when the ignition in the car is turned on. You'll also need trim removal tools, as well as a 10mm socket to remove and re-install the EKP module. We recommend using the stock grounding point that's above the EKP module or the EKP module's mounting points as the ground. The ring terminal with the kit will fit either location. The whole installation should take you between 30 - 45 minutes. The cooler housing is designed to fit over the EKP module just like the OEM housing and fits with plenty of room in the stock EKP location. The housing is 3D printed using durable ASA, ABS, or PETG. The full kit is printed and assembled in the U.S.A. by Arc Terminator LLC. Looking to get rid of the troublesome and expensive DI injectors on your BMW N54 and move to PI only and a standalone? If so VTT has you covered with its new N54 PI delete kit. This kit allows you to SAFELY remove the DI injectors, install our delete fittings, and run PI only. We machined these deletes from 310 Stainless for extreme heat, and corrosion resistance, and include 3 hold downs. These DI deletes COMPLETELY get rid of all factory provisions, including the seal. If the seal is left intact with no fuel to cool the injector or delete it will quickly overheat and melt the delicate seal causing combustion gasses to escape the engine creating misfires, and worse possibly damaging your injector bore on the cylinder head. Our deletes are machined to be a press fit into the cylinder, and can be either cooled with liquid nitrogen, and dropped in, or tapped in with a hammer, and then held down with the included hold downs. We also include M6 tapped holes on the top of each one in case they need to be removed you can attach a slide hammer, and remove the delete. The Helix from Spool is simply a planetary gearbox for your High-pressure fuel pump. The particular configuration of the gears and their spatial fixturing allows an axial increase in shaft speed from the input to the output of the unit. The N54/early n55 high-pressure pump is a very capable and over-engineered piece of hardware. They do a good job supplying fuel at high pressures at stock power levels. As we start tuning and pushing more power, we start seeing drops in the high pressure. What is happening here is that the high-pressure pump is not able pump as much fuel as the injectors are injecting into the cylinders and hence causing the rail pressures to drop. The pump at this point is running out of displacement volume. With a rotary pump like the continental HPFP, an easier way to increase displacement is to spin the pump faster which results in an increased number of delivery strokes per cycle. The Helix helps you do exactly this and thus helps overcome a big limitation in N54/early N55 fuel systems without the complexity of a secondary port injection system.

SPA Turbo offers a wide array of fuel pressure regulators (FPR) that replace OEM regulators in the factory EFI systems for an easy fit. Their OE replacement regulators attach to the factory fuel rails using OE-style retainer clips and bolts. Internally, the regulators use a floating ball seal that guarantees even pressure. In most cases, the fuel pressure can be adjusted/tuned from 10 to 65 psi on a 1:1 boost reference. All SPA Turbo FPR's are E85, 100% Ethanol, and methanol safe.

The Helix from Spool is simply a planetary gearbox for your High-pressure fuel pump. The particular configuration of the gears and their spatial fixturing allows an axial increase in shaft speed from the input to the output of the unit. The early N55 high-pressure pump is a very capable and over-engineered piece of hardware. As we start tuning and pushing more power, we start seeing drops in the high pressure. What is happening here is that the high-pressure pump is not able pump as much fuel as the injectors are injecting into the cylinders and hence causing the rail pressures to drop. The pump at this point is running out of displacement volume. With a rotary pump like the continental HPFP, an easier way to increase displacement is to spin the pump faster which results in an increased number of delivery strokes per cycle. The Helix helps you do exactly this and thus helps overcome a big limitation in early N55 fuel systems without the complexity of a secondary port injection system.
