This awesome Mach Force XP Down Pipe produces 14 horsepower and 39 lbs. x ft. of torque at 1900 RPM. The Mach Force XP down pipe is constructed of mandrel bent, brushed 304 stainless steel tubing and flanges and uses all factory mounting locations. Using a unique resonance chamber to capture sound waves and minimize exhaust "drone", this system produces an aggressive tone on throttle but a smooth sound at cruising speeds without affecting performance. This down pipe is 100% TIG-Welded. Note: this product will activate the check engine light.

Supersprint has developed this rear muffler for the M235i that fits in place of the stock muffler and gives a more sporty and aggressive exhaust note (when combined with the Supersprint section 2 pipes). Supersprint builds their exhausts from the muffler-forward and tunes each section along the way. They're not just adjusting sound levels and tone but also backpressure and flow. The goal is to achieve power and torque gains in concert with a pleasing sound. This M235i muffler uses larger 100mm exhaust tips that fill out the rear bumper better than the stock muffler without requiring trimming.

Many people know that one of the main keys to getting power from a turbo is to open up the exhaust. Larger piping and less restrictions mean the exhaust gas can flow more easily which is less work for the turbo(s) and engine and that frees up torque and horsepower. These 100-cell metallic sport cats sit in oversized 60-65mm piping and are perfect for someone who installed cat-less downpipes but want some catalytic action on the exhaust to avoid bad smells and pollution. There are no crushed sections in the tubing, unlike the factory system, which contributes to improved flow. These are a direct replacement for the stock secondary cats and bolt to the turbo downpipe. At the back end these are clamped to a section 2 (stock or Supersprint X-Pipe).

The aFe MACH Force-Xp cat-back exhaust system for the BMW N55 delivers uncompromising quality and performance. 3"- 2-1/2" mandrel bent 304 stainless steel tubing and high flow transverse muffler offers optimum exhaust flow and incorporates a factory style exhaust valve to control the exhaust note at all throttle inputs. The system utilizes the factory valve motor and factory performance modes. Closed, it directs the exhaust through the high flow muffler for a smooth, tuned exhaust note. When opened, the exhaust bypasses the muffler to unleash the full performance potential and aggressive note from your N55. The factory M5/M6 exhaust system is very wide open with minimal restrictions - except for the catalytic converters. The factory ceramic cat is the biggest restriction so any exhaust work to gain more power is going to have to involve replacing it with something freer-flowing. Supersprint's downpipe incorporates a high-flow HJS 200-cell metallic cat that flows considerably more than the stock ceramic part. This cat downpipe is for the right bank.

Supersprint metallic sport catalytic converters are sourced from HJS of Germany. For 30 years HJS has been supplying motorsports teams with sport cats when rules required them. HJS is now a worldwide leader in sport cat technology and performance. Rally cars, German DTM, and Formula 3 all rely on HJS for clean, reliable horsepower. Supersprint works closely with HJS to spec a catalytic converter that is correct for the vehicle and engine package. This allows for a substantial increase in flow but which, at the same time, keeps the environmental specs within European limits. With any high-flow catalytic converter, special software or other work may be required to keep emissions fault codes and check engine lights from displaying. Supersprint catalytic converters are sold for track and other off-road uses only.
