The Dinan sport muffler is designed to compliment the 340i and not overpower the driver and passengers with harsh tones. Dinan engineers their exhausts to sound great and be a natural fit to the character of the car as well as produce more power and torque. Dual 3.5" stainless tips engraved with the Dinan logo fill out the rear valence (choose either polished or satin black tips). Annoying highway drone has also been engineered out of the system. Dinan uses only 304 stainless steel in their systems for the maximum corrosion protection. This system replaces the factory rear mufflers at a pre-determined cut point on the stock exhaust, which makes for an easy installation and you can reinstall your original mufflers using factory hardware. Detailed installation instructions are included.

These equal length, stainless steel headers replace the stock manifolds for an instant power and sound upgrade. This header kit opens up the exhaust for a less restrictive flow. Dinan engineers designed the F22 M240i exhaust to improve exhaust flow by reducing back pressure, resulting in increased power output and a great sporty sound that is civilized when you want it to be, and pleasantly aggressive under hard acceleration. Not only is the tone improved but the additional burbles and pops that come with it are simply intoxicating. Dinan also incorporates a Helmholtz chamber design that reduces resonance or “drone” at low RPM.
The system is built to exacting specifications to ensure perfect fit using the factory hangers. It is made from 100% 16 gauge 304 stainless steel and will resist corrosion for years to come. The design features twin 89mm (3.5") polished exhaust tips for a tasteful, high-performance look.
Maximum performance gains are 6 horsepower and 5 ft-lbs of torque.

Headers should be part of any M20 performance project or restoration. These Supersprint tubular headers are a larger diameter and have better flow than the stock cast iron exhaust manifolds and they make more power. And since the stock headers are known to be brittle and can crack over time these make for an excellent upgrade replacement.
This header system mimics the stock exhaust after the header collectors. It uses the same 3-bolt flange as the original 323 center resonator. This makes them a direct swap from the stock manifolds and downpipes and an easy fitment for a 323 with the stock exhaust. Supersprint also makes a center resonator section and rear mufflers to build a complete system.

Wagner downpipes for F30 feature larger piping and catalytic converter that are freer-flowing than the original cats for better flow and less backpressure. By removing exhaust restrictions the turbos can spool up faster which makes more boost sooner. With additional tuning, more power is available. There are downpipes that delete the primary cats and can leave the exhaust with a dirty and awful smell. These Wagner downpipes are built with a sport cat to keep the exhaust cleaner.Special software, or stand-alone engine management, will be required to keep emissions fault codes and check engine lights from appearing.

Changing the exhaust note can be one of the most pleasing upgrades you can make. The stock mufflers do exactly what BMW intended them to - muffle and dampen the exhaust to meet 'luxury' levels. But if you want to hear more of that great BMW engine changing out the rear mufflers with this Supersprint sport exhaust will come through. Supersprint uses a free-flow design that makes the exhaust louder and sportier while also increasing power and torque. The sound is a muscular but refined rumble especially on the V8 models. There's a throaty burble at low RPM that fades away as the revs build. This gives the X5 a more muscular presence for around town driving but retains stock like sound for highway driving. This system comes with two 90mm round tips on each side.
