Looking for a more aggressive stance and tighter handling? H&R Sport springs offer the perfect balance between performance minded driving and everyday comfort. Designed and tested in-house, these springs have been meticulously tuned to maximize the potential of your cars OE suspension without sacrificing ride quality or safety.
These springs will lower the vehicle approx. 1.5" in the front and 1.6" in the rear. This gives a more aggressive stance and lowers the center of gravity for drastically reduced body roll. While still being a progressive spring, they offer the comfort and control of a stock coil spring with a slightly higher rate. This increased spring rate helps the vehicle respond quicker to steering inputs and gives the chassis a more "athletic" feel.
Although they will function well on stock dampers, we recommend swapping for a set of Bilstien B8 as they are made to be used with lowering springs. Stock struts have a tendancy to bottom out when lowered with srings which can cause the suspension to actually ride on the rubber bump stop when taking corners. Using a set of struts made to work with lower springs will allow you to maximize the potential of this upgrade and will completely transform the handling characterisitcs of your vehicle
H&R Sport springs are engineered to bring you the highest possible quality. These springs are perfect for BMWs that are daily driven, or see occasional track use. If you seek better handling and a sportier appearance, these are the springs you need.
This part fits the following BMWs:

Upgrade your MINI's performance with the H&R spring set, meticulously designed to provide both a lower ride height and the essential performance characteristics for your daily driving needs. These springs deliver superior handling and control while ensuring a smoother ride that won't transmit every road bump. Crafted from high-grade steel, they are built to withstand the test of time, making them the perfect choice for replacing your stock springs and elevating your overall ride quality.
On average, these springs offer a lowering of 1.1" in the front and 1.1" in the rear, though it's important to note that drop rates may vary slightly depending on factors such as transmission type, fuel level, and chassis type.

Dinan Performance Springs are matched to your BMW's chassis and suspension components to deliver better handling and looks without sacrificing ride quality. Dinan BMW springs are carefully engineered to work within your car's suspension travel and to improve suspension geometry. Spring rates are slightly stiffer than stock and dialed in to reduce bodyroll. A stiffer suspension makes the car more fun to drive and the lower ride height improves the looks by reducing wheel-fender gap.
Dinan spring specs -
Fitment note: When used with stock shocks the Dinan Ride Quality Kit is strongly recommended. The Kit consists of shorter and stiffer bump stops and spring perches that work better with the lowered ride height of these springs. While not explicitly required, less than favorable ride quality and handling may result without them.
For over 35 years, Dinan has been America's premier tuning company, pioneering advancements in BMW modification while retaining a focus on balanced performance that preserves the original character and driving feel that a BMW offers. When you install a Dinan part on your car, know that it's not only carefully developed and tested, but that Dinan stands behind it with a four year, 50,000-mile warranty. Dinan believes so fully in their “total package” approach that once your car has been fitted with enough of their parts, they celebrate your conversion from stock to Dinan with an exclusive trunk badge, displayed proudly by BMW enthusiasts everywhere. The springs are worth 2 points towards your Dinan badge (Ride Quality Kit is worth 1 point).

After much anticipation, we are pleased to release our lowering spring kit for the BMW M3 G80 platform! Taking our experience from our highly popular F80 springs, the goal with this offering was to lower the M3 by a tasteful amount while keeping ride quality the same or better than stock. After multiple prototypes and valuable user feedback, we believe that we met our goal.
Our lowering springs are specifically designed to utilize the factory dampers. They are fully compatible with both standard as well as adaptive suspension. Each spring is made in the USA to our unique specifications for rates and geometries. The springs are made of high tensile chrome silicon and each unit is shot peened, pre-set, and 100% tested to ensure all the critical dimensions and rate/loads are within tolerance. The springs are then powder-coated with a stealth black finish for an OEM appearance.
