The Dinan Coil-Over System for F55/F56/F57 MINI models is engineered to deliver outstanding handling performance. It includes performance-tuned linear rate springs, adjustable front strut assemblies, and rear shocks with integrated bumpstops for reliable behavior. Key benefits include:

• Adjustable Ride Height: Up to 1.7" lower in front and 1.1" in the rear, with a recommended 0.75" (20mm) drop to maintain ride quality.
• Enhanced Handling: 93% stiffer front springs (336 lbs/in vs. 174 lbs/in) and 58% stiffer rear springs (336 lbs/in vs. 213 lbs/in) improve grip and reduce body roll.

Dinan Adjustable Spring Sets feature stiffer springs and an innovative perch system that allows the ride height to be fine-tuned even with stock shocks. Dinan Performance springs are slightly lower but stiffer for better handling and less body roll yet still remain comfortable for normal use. They have carefully engineered the springs to work within the rates of the stock shocks, providing unmatched handling, looks, and ride quality. Adjustable spring perches give you the ability to keep your stock shocks (even EDC) but lower the ride height and set the perfect stance. This is hugely beneficial when using larger wheels and tires where a standard spring drop will not give you the look you desire. Dinan coil over springs include a threaded collar that fits over the stock strut body in the front and an adjustable perch in the rear. New progressive bump stops are also included to maintain the proper shock travel. This kit is great for fine tuning your ride height while retaining the factory EDC system.

Ball-joint failure in the front sway bar / swaybar link on the E36 M3, M Roadster and M Coupe is something that can't be avoided. But Meyle's HD sway bar links feature a metal ball joint that will hold up longer than the factory replacements and come with a four year warranty.

How do you know if the link has gone bad? From inside the car you will hear a clunking noise when going over bumps. The clunk is a sure sign a ball joint (control arm, tie rod, swaybar link) has failed. Diagnosis with a set of channel-lock pliers will reveal a large amount of play in the ball joint itself.

If you have a clunking sound in the front end, the front swaybar end-link is one of the items to check. The standard plastic ball joint inside the boot will wear or crack, allowing excess motion. This is a Meyle HD part with metal ball joints that will last longer than the standard design. These links are identical to the standard links except for the ball joint and mount the swaybar to the control arm.
