600315 is a Streetlite flywheel, which is considerably lighter than stock and is the most durable flywheel offering from ACT. This disc is an unsprung, rigid disc with 6 pads that is best suited for drag and road racing and handles heat better thanks to its increased surface contact area versus the 4 pad version of this disc, the R4. The R6 pads are composed of ceramic friction materials and the disc has a chome-moly hub that is heat treated for additional strength under high load engagements. Over stock, this disc is much better for faster shifting and significantly higher torque loads. Unlike the stock disc, this racing disk has a slightly shortened life span due to its rigid design and pad composition. This in turn is offset thanks to its fast, aggressive engagement for track use.
