Supertech Pistons are the pinnacle of high-performance engineering, designed to take your engine to the next level. Manufactured from an extruded high-silicone, enhanced 4032 alloy with added copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), and magnesium (Mg), these pistons boast low thermal expansion, exceptional wear resistance, and superior thermal conductivity. They are built to handle high levels of boost, up to 42psi, even when using alcohol fuel.

The manufacturing process involves a meticulous two or three-step forging process, resulting in a fine structural grain. Subsequent machining steps are executed with precision using state-of-the-art CNC machines. Multiple heat treatments impart high tensile strength and uniform hardness to the pistons.

Standard features of Supertech Pistons include contact reduction grooves and meticulously honed and reamed pin bores, ensuring a precise fit. The wrist pins are constructed from cold-extruded chrome moly steel, guaranteeing exceptional strength and are secured with wire clip locks.

To further enhance performance and longevity, these pistons receive a 'phosphate dry lubricant' coating. This coating not only safeguards the rings against 'micro-welding' but also improves lubrication in the skirt/cylinder area.

Supertech Pistons are designed to work with a .030" head gasket and .010" deck, with compression ratios calculated accordingly. Please note that rings are sold separately.

These pistons are compatible with N14 and N18 engines for the Cooper S, making them a perfect choice to unlock the true potential of your engine.
