The factory BMW charge pipes are prone to cracking, as they are made from brittle plastic. Here at Turner, we sell several brands of replacement charge pipes that are typically made from cast aluminum. We recommend upgrading to hard charge pipes even on stock forced induction vehicles to avoid cracking - we've seen cracking occur on high mileage cars running stock power just as frequently as we do with high horsepower builds.

Increase throttle response and decrease turbo lag with the VRSF Charge Pipe Upgrade for your BMW with a B58 engine. Every VRSF Charge Pipe is constructed from mandrel bent, T6061 grade aluminum including the flanges. Each flange is precision machined from CNC billet aluminum, including the throttle body, intercooler, and vacuum connections. After these are welded, they’re test-fitted on multiple jigs to ensure proper fitment and a reliable, leak-free connection. Each VRSF charge pipe is finished in a durable wrinkle black powder-coated finish that blends in perfectly with the engine bay. We also include one plugged 1/8' NPT bung that can be used for water injection, boost leak testing, or as a boost source. The OEM charge pipe is prone to failure at both stock and tuned boost levels which is why we include everything necessary to replace your flimsy OEM chargepipe including high-quality, 4-ply silicone couplers as well as stainless steel t-bolt clamps.

Replace the failure prone plastic charge pipe that came on your car before it leaves you stranded! The BMS Elite B58TU charge pipe upgrade is constructed from high-gauge aluminum and features a CNC throttle body and turbo flange for a snug, OEM-style fit. It features a glossy black powder coat to coordinate with the engine bay and includes three 1/8" NPT bungs ideal for an external boost gauge or methanol nozzles. With a double o-ring seal design on the chargepipe flange that attaches to the turbo, this chargepipe is designed to withstand up to 40+psi of high boost. Also includes a heavy-duty replacement coupler, o-rings, clamps, and all required installation hardware. Now available with or without a Turbosmart Raceport BOV! The blow-off valve version releases excess pressure in the charge pipes when letting off the gas. In addition to intoxicating sound, it reduces compressor surge and improves overall reliability at higher boost levels. Compatible with factory tuning, JB4, and flash tuning.
