The factory BMW charge pipes are prone to cracking, as they are made from brittle plastic. Here at Turner, we sell several brands of replacement charge pipes that are typically made from cast aluminum. We recommend upgrading to hard charge pipes even on stock forced induction vehicles to avoid cracking - we've seen cracking occur on high mileage cars running stock power just as frequently as we do with high horsepower builds.

Replace the failure prone plastic charge pipe that came on your car before it leaves you stranded! The BMS Elite B58TU charge pipe upgrade is constructed from high-gauge aluminum and features a CNC throttle body and turbo flange for a snug, OEM-style fit. It features a glossy black powder coat to coordinate with the engine bay and includes three 1/8" NPT bungs ideal for an external boost gauge or methanol nozzles. With a double o-ring seal design on the chargepipe flange that attaches to the turbo, this chargepipe is designed to withstand up to 40+psi of high boost. Also includes a heavy-duty replacement coupler, o-rings, clamps, and all required installation hardware. Now available with or without a Turbosmart Raceport BOV! The blow-off valve version releases excess pressure in the charge pipes when letting off the gas. ​In addition to intoxicating sound, it reduces compressor surge and improves overall reliability at higher boost levels. Compatible with factory tuning, JB4, and flash tuning.
