Enhance the performance of your Mini with Supertech Pistons, crafted from extruded high silicone, enhanced 4032 alloy for superior durability and thermal conductivity. Withstanding up to 42psi of boost, these pistons feature a fine structural grain achieved through a two or three step forging process and precise CNC machining. Heat treatments ensure high tensile strength and hardness, while contact reduction grooves and honed pin bores provide a precise fit. Wrist pins made of cold extruded chrome moly steel offer exceptional strength. Plus, a 'phosphate dry lubricant' coating protects rings from 'micro-welding' and enhances lubrication on the skirt/cylinder area. Compression ratios are computed with .030" head gasket and .010" deck, offering optimal performance for your Mini.
