Our Catalytic Converters are the same quality construction as OEM but at a third of the cost! These are a direct replacement for the original BMW catalytic converter. These bolt on to your stock exhaust manifold and muffler, no welding required. We offer cats for both pre-OBDII BMW's (pre 1996) and BMW's with OBDII (1996+). We offer both 50 state legal converters and less expensive 49 state versions. Meets all EPA and CARB requirements. A factory warranty is included: 5 year/25,000 for 49 State versions, and 5 years/50,000 miles on 50 State legal versions.

Free ground shipping! Supersprint sport cats for the Z4 M are designed to work with their cat-less headers or to replace factory US cats. The Supersprint sport cats are much freer-flowing than a traditional stock cat. With less restriction, less effort is required to move the exhaust gasses which will free up horsepower and torque. This cat section will mount to the Supersprint headers (p/n 787501) and then to any section 2. This section is built with O2 sensor bungs pre-installed after the cat if you wanted to extend your stock post-cat O2 sensors (however, special software may still be needed). Supersprint exhaust is widely recognized as the leader in complete exhaust system upgrades - extremely high quality, well designed for optimal flow, and amazing sound. Even at a premium price, Supersprint is an unbeatable exhaust system because every aspect is done to such a high level. A Supersprint exhaust rewards you with a terrific sound, long-lasting construction, and excellent fitment. While the technology has been in widespread use in Formula 1 for awhile, this is the first application of a stepped design on the Z4 M Coupe/Roadster. In an engine that is tuned as much as the S54, airflow management is critical in getting big horsepower numbers from the exhaust. The Supersprint design is the next step in innovation in header design. By slightly increasing the size of the pipe diameters as the exhaust system moves away from the engine, the exhaust can flow more air. Supersprint design is tuned specifically for the S54 engine which is important in making more power without losing low-end torque. The headers merge into a precision-fit merge collector. Total horsepower gain with the complete system over a US Vehicle would be more than 30 hp. 15-19 hp gain over 'Euro-style' headers full stepped tubular and equal length headers bolts to the engine with factory hardware and gaskets used with Supersprint stepped section 1 (with or without cats) Included in this kit are Supersprint metallic sport cats designed to pair right up top Supersprint's own stepped headers. These Supersprint section 1 straight pipes are designed to follow the larger pipe sizing of the Supersprint stepped headers. With straight pipes and headers, there will be no cats in the system, making this perfect for race or track-only cars. The straight design will be louder and let more of the S54 rasp to come through. With headers and the Supersprint race mufflers the sound is simply intoxicating. You can use this section with any other section 2 pipe and muffler.
