VTT is proud to offer our “OBD-LOCK” OBD port locking tool. This is tool is made from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and is designed to completely lock out your OBD port from being accessed. This is useful for people who do not want dealers, techs, etc from accessing their OBD port, and possibly changing a tune, etc. This is also perfect for anti-theft prevention as it will not allow a would-be thief to hook up to the car’s OBD port, duplicate a key, etc. The OBD-LOCK cannot be removed without physically destroying the OBD port if you do not have the proper tools. VTT uses 5 types of screw head designs for every 200 OBD-LOCKS made. This means that worldwide only 40 OBD-LOCKS are using the same head design. For each batch of 200, we redesign the screw heads meaning every batch of 200 OBD-LOCKS will use different screw heads and tools. Each OBD-LOCK sent has its head design chosen at random. After Extensive testing, we have found that our OBD lock fits EVERY SINGLE OBD port we have tried, this means it will fit every single OBD port currently on the market from a high-end BMW to a Ford F150 diesel.

Vargas has developed a solution to problematic PCV systems! Stock diaphragms on the gen-1 B58 Valve cover are fragile and can crack or tear over time. This can cause loss of crankcase vacuum and smoking. The VTT PCV cap replaces the factory plastic cap with a billet aluminum piece which uses a Billet Banjo fitting, and VTT's Vaccum/Boost adapter to move vacuum directly from the head ports to the manifold. This cap will also allow you to run a catch can on the low side if desired. VTT Recommends using this cap alongside their High Side Catch Can and crankcase breather for maximum efficiency. Installation is as simple as popping the stock cap off, removing the diaphragm, and placing the VTT components in place. Wheel studs are among the safest and beneficial upgrades you can make on a track car. Not only are wheel studs safer than wheel bolts but they make changing wheels/tires much easier. Vargas Turbo has released their very own BMW B58 vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the intake manifold fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8" NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose three configuration options: Fitting by itself Fitting with one 1/4" barb and one plug Fitting with two 1/4" barbs Once installed it tucks perfectly under your engine cover. These are perfect for running your PI switch off manifold pressure, which is much more accurate than the charge pipe, and they are also great for BOVs running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do.

VTT noticed a hole in the A9X/Z4 market for a high-quality, lightweight, NVH-friendly, and easy-to-install Diff Lock Down kit to improve diff stability under launching, and hard cornering. Vargas went to work on a very innovative design that 100% positively locks the diff down from movement, while shielding it from adding a ton of NVH, and can be used with the stock diff, and subframe bushings. This design uses existing mounting points on the vehicle, you do NOT have to remove the subframe or the Diff to install. Simply remove 4 diff bolts, drill two holes in the subframe slightly bigger, install two M10 riv-nuts, and install the lockdown, you do not even have to move the exhaust. A typical install can be 15-30 minutes for someone who is experienced. You will need a Riv-nut tool to install the Riv-nuts as one is not included. This system completely does away with the restrictive, and muli-connection stock charge pipe system, and replaces it with a single 6-ply, Heat Resistant, Wire reinforced silicone charge pipes rated at over 200 psi. They are molded for the perfect fit in your engine bay, while not sacrificing anything in the way of flow or size. They also completely isolate your charge air from any additional heat soak coming in from the engine or ambient heat. Another huge benefit is your vehicle goes from 4 connections to only TWO which are barbed and has many small ridges which dig into the silicone so it’s impossible for the pipe to blow off. This means no more blown charge pipe connections on the track or road leaving you stranded. There are other options on the market, but they only address the problem in half measures. Some offer silicone connectors that are attached to hard pipes and are notorious for blowing, but they do nothing to address the heat soak issue or the number of connections needed. This kit solves ALL of those problems and does so at a lower cost. With the basics covered, we stepped it up a level adding in proprietary VTT changes and finished off by having all these parts cast to OE quality. What this means for you is serious B58 power made easy; GC's are a drop in B58 turbocharger upgrade that supports over 600WHP while maintaining factory spool and all factory connections including oil, water, downpipe, and charge pipe. 6-ply, Heat Resistant, Wire reinforced silicone charge pipes rated at over 200 psi This system completely does away with the restrictive, and muli-connection stock charge pipe system, and replaces it with a single 6-ply, Heat Resistant, Wire reinforced silicone charge pipes rated at over 200 psi. They are molded for the perfect fit in your engine bay, while not sacrificing anything in the way of flow or size. They also completely isolate your charge air from any additional heat soak coming in from the engine or ambient heat. Another huge benefit is your vehicle goes from 4 connections to only TWO which are barbed and has many small ridges which dig into the silicone so it’s impossible for the pipe to blow off. This means no more blown charge pipe connections on the track or road leaving you stranded. There are other options on the market, but they only address the problem in half measures. Some offer silicone connectors that are attached to hard pipes and are notorious for blowing, but they do nothing to address the heat soak issue or the number of connections needed. This kit solves ALL of those problems and does so at a lower cost. Install is very easy and takes about an hour if you are inexperienced with working on your own car, can take as little as 30-45 minutes if you have had it apart a few times. Dimensions for the pipes are as follows: Hot Side Pipe: 64mm or 2.50' on the connection to the turbo outlet opening up immediately to 77mm or 3' and remaining a FULL 3' to the throttle body inlet.
