Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering significantly improved reliability. Our valve is piston based with no diaphragm to fail, and of all aluminium construction. It replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation.

A custom CAD designed roto-molded one-piece housing made from heat soak resistant material eliminates the use of multiple components and ensures the coolest air intake charge available. The roto-molded housing is made out of black cross-linked polyethylene. A urethane plug is also included if you wish to completely seal the auxiliary air scoop. Large 3-Layer "Oil-Free" Performance Air Filter:
This sealed intake system utilizes an oil-free, large 6-1/2" tall oval 360 degree radial flow performance air filter with 3-Layer progressively finer porosity synthetic media for maximum convenience. The unique air filter-to-housing interface allows for maximum filter size which increases the available air volume while simplifying the installation process.

Premium Hardware:
