Whether you need a camber change or you are looking for more adjustment with your camber plates, you can change your camber by shimming the strut and spindle with the TMS bolt kit. There are some things to take into account with this kit so please read the installation tips below. An alignment is strongly recommended after installing this kit.

This exposes these links to a high amount of stress and pressure, often leading to split bushings and sloppy body control and knocking noises. The motor mount area on a subframe is one of those easily-forgotton areas that may be hiding a serious problem. The subframe on the E36 has a gusset ('ear') welded on for the motor mounts. These gussets take the stress of the motor mount as the engine torques (more upgrades = more torque = more stress). Worn motor mounts only transfer more stress to the subframe. Unfortunately, the gusset is not well-reinforced from the factory and cracks can develop along the welds and the gusset begins to collapse. A total failure of the guesset will shift your engine to the side and forward, taking out many other components along the way and leading to a very costly repair.

These bushings have the hole off-center to give your car a little more track, caster, and camber. This style came as standard equipment on E30 M3s (8/89-later) and 1995 E36 M3 but will work with any E30, E36, Z3.
Rubber control arm bushings are designed to flex and absorb energy. That's fine on a streetcar but on an all-out racing machine you want your alignment to stay constant. We have picked Delrin for this application due to its high rigidity and low coefficient of friction allowing for minimal suspension bushing deflection (geometry change) but decreasing bushing windup or drag (friction). They are not recommended for street-use but highly-recommended for track cars.
To save time, pick up a pair of new bushing carrier brackets and hardware. This will save you the time and hassle of pressing out the old bushings. This will especially save you time if you're buying new control arms at the same time (no time wasted removing the old brackets from the arms). Stainless steel set screws included.
Ball-joint failure in the front sway bar / swaybar link on the E36 M3, M Roadster and M Coupe is something that can't be avoided. If you are looking for a direct replacement Lemforder is an OEM supplier to BMW. How do you know if the link has gone bad? From inside the car you will hear a clunking noise when going over bumps. The clunk is a sure sign a ball joint (control arm, tie rod, swaybar link) has failed. Diagnosis with a set of channel-lock pliers will reveal a large amount of play in the ball joint itself.

This product reinforces the metal swaybar link mounting point on the rear trailing arm. The sheet metal breaks off the trailing arm due to the constant up and down loads being placed on the trailing arm from the swaybar. Problems increase when larger sway bars are used. This product eliminates the problem by thickening the sheet metal and triangulating the mounting point. A good time to install this kit would be when you are doing any rear suspension work, exhaust, or even if you are just doing a differential fluid change. This part requires welding for installation.
