Maintaining proper oil levels in your engine is crucial for peak performance. Undetected leaks can cause your oil to drop to dangerously low levels between oil changes, leading to severe engine damage.

One common culprit for oil leaks is the valve cover. Over time, exposure to extreme temperature fluctuations can wear down the gaskets, causing them to fail. Prevent oil leaks and protect your engine by replacing these vital components.

Comprehensive Kit Includes:

Valve Cover Perimeter Gasket Valve Cover Spark Plug Tube Gaskets 15 Rubber Grommets/Sealing Washers Ultra-Black RTV Gasket Maker Replace your old gaskets with our high-quality kit to keep your engine running smoothly and efficiently.

When your CPV O-ring fails it causes a slow oil leak on the passenger side of the engine, making an oily mess that frequently resembles a rear main seal leak. Replacing the CPV with an upgraded o-ring ensures a long-term solution to this common problem.

The factory o-ring over time fails from heat cycling and oil exposure due to the Buna rubber used in OEM o-rings, while the included Viton Fluoroelastomer is resistant to a much higher temperature to ensure prolonged life without leaking.

This guarantees that your connecting rods will stay securely in place, even during high-stress situations. Your engine's components will work in perfect harmony, minimizing the risk of catastrophic engine failure. Preventative Maintenance: The S54 is notorious for rod bearing failure, often necessitating complete short block replacement. Choosing to proactively replace your rod bearings with our WPC offering ensures smooth operation and eliminates potential engine failure. Included in the kit:

12 - Turner Motorsport "Race Series" WPC-Treated Bearing Shells 4 - Self-Locking Collar Nut - Priced Each 1 - Oil Pan Gasket - Elring 1 - Oil Pan Center Cover Gasket 1 - Oil Filter Kit 1 - Oil Drain Plug 1 - Dipstick O-ring 1 - ARP Connecting Rod Bolt Kit (M10x1.25 - for S54B32 produced after 02/2003) 6 - Castrol Edge Euro Car Engine Oil (10w-60) Quart 1 - Redline Assembly Lube - 4 oz

When these gaskets leak you'll start to smell oil burning when the engine is hot. Also everything downward from the top of the engine becomes coated in a greasy film.

The valve cover gasket keeps all of the motor oil inside your engine. Your valve train and lifters get soaked with oil to keep everything lubricated. If the valve cover fails, engine oil seeps and leaks out, running down and burning on the block or cylinder head. Replace it and keep your engine compartment clean and tidy with all the engine oil in the motor.

If you are removing your S54 valve cover for valve adjustment, inspection or repairs, you can now get all the gaskets you need in one box.

Included are

Valve cover gasket
Spark plug seals
Nut seals
Grommets
