E30 325i Complete Muffler Hanger Kit - (NO LONGER AVAILABLE)
This is a complete exhaust hanger and bracket kit for the 1987-1992 E30 325i models. It's all of the hangers and gaskets needed for the rear muffler and a life-saving addition to any exhaust project on your car. Any of the hardware and hangers that have been on the car for a few years are prone to rust and seizing in place. So to get them off usually means breaking or cutting one or more pieces. So having this complete E30 hanger kit on hand will allow you to finish the job without scrambling for parts later on. And new hangers are always a good idea anyway.
This 325i hanger kit includes -
front upper muffler body clamp - 18201707925 (18211707923) - x 1
front lower muffler body clamps - 18201178132 (18211178126) - x 2
rear lower muffler body clamp - 18211176029 (18211176713) - x 1
rear muffler rubber hangers - 18211712838 - x 2
center muffler rubber hanger - 18211105635 - x 1
muffler to center section seal ring (45mm) - 18111723541 x 1
muffler to center section seal ring (42mm) - 18111245960 x 1
nuts & bolts for all of the above
There is an early and late version to the muffler band clamps but the only difference we saw was more holes in the band on the early style. The early style is included in this kit which might be better because water won't get trapped between the clamp and the muffler body.
If you're removing the center section from the exhaust manifolds you can add those gaskets as well.
