Active Autowerke S63 N63 A-Flow Catted Downpipes

Active Autowerke’s Aflow Catted Downpipes provide a "no-compromise" solution for the G-body enthusiast who wants high-flow performance without the drawbacks of a track-only "catless" setup. These downpipes feature advanced metallic high-flow catalysts that satisfy onboard diagnostic requirements, meaning you can enjoy increased power without the headache of a Check Engine Light (CEL). By utilizing premium 304 stainless steel and a low-restriction design, these pipes are built to withstand the intense thermal cycles of a twin-turbo V8 while delivering a deep, aggressive exhaust note. This variant is a true bolt-on upgrade that preserves the daily driveability and luxury experience of your BMW while significantly improving its performance ceiling. Key Features: No CEL Operation: Engineered to work with factory emissions monitors for a dashboard-clear experience. Streamlined Exhaust Path: Mandrel-bent 3" piping with minimal bends for smooth, high-velocity exhaust gas flow. Precision Fitment: Developed through extensive R&D to provide a factory-like bolt-on installation. Hand-Made in the USA: Fabricated in-house at Active Autowerke’s Miami facility to ensure surgical quality control. Vibration Resistance: Robust TIG welding and heavy-duty brackets ensure longevity even under aggressive driving conditions. Specifications: Primary Material: Brushed 304 Stainless Steel. Inlet/Outlet: Precision cast V-band inlet and direct-fit outlet. Flow Rating: Significantly higher CFM than restrictive factory ceramic converters. Installation: 100% Bolt-on; no cutting or welding required. Finish: Natural Stainless. Lead Time: Typically custom made-to-order (Approx. 2-week build time).
