The F660 Hybrid Turbocharger is a precision-engineered forced induction unit designed for the B58B30M0 engine. This upgrade addresses the volumetric efficiency limitations of the Gen 1 B58 platform by significantly increasing the flow capacity of both the intake and exhaust sections. Through CNC-machining of the internal volutes and the use of a specialized mixed-flow turbine design, the F660 reduces backpressure (PMEP), allowing for more aggressive ignition timing and lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs). Every unit is VSR high-speed balanced to ensure structural integrity at rotational speeds exceeding 115,000 RPM.

VSR High-Speed Balancing: Every rotating assembly is balanced on a Vibration Sorting Rig (VSR) to tolerances tighter than OEM for maximum longevity.
CNC-Ported Manifold: The integrated manifold is internally matched to the enlarged turbine wheel to optimize gas velocity and minimize turbulence.
Inconel 718 Construction: The turbine wheel is cast from high-nickel Inconel 718 alloy for exceptional resistance to heat and blade deformation.
