Replace the flimsy plastic bleeder screw used in the coolant expansion tank or in one of the cooling system hoses with this high quality, durable, aluminum bleeder screw. The stock plastic screw can deform over time due to heat or even regular use. We have even seen the head of the screw snap off, leaving the threaded body stuck in the expansion tank. This aluminum screw will help to prevent sudden failure of the bleeder screw, which can result in immediate overheating of the car.

This caliper bushing kit will eliminate flex caused by weak rubber caliper bushings. As the brake pedal is pressed the caliper grabs the rotor and twists on its mounting bushings. The rubber bushings allow the caliper to deflect and twist which affects pedal feel and results in uneven pad wear. These solid brass bushings will not twist or deflect so your calipers can squeeze the pads evenly on both sides of the rotor (sort of like what multi-piston big brakes do). This will give you much longer pad life and a more consistent pedal feel. This is the most complete kit we have ever sold with stainless steel caliper slide bolts, o-rings, and new dust boots. Unlike other kits, these bushings are pressed into the caliper and will not shift or slide on their own.

Installation is straightforward: remove the old rubber bushings and press in the new brass bushings (we recommend special tool 003326ECS03). High temp caliper grease or anti-seize is required. The new bushings include an inner o-ring that helps trap grease on the slide bolt, reducing friction and wear.

Your floor jack is universal but it doesn't have to be with this adapter! Most newer BMW jack pads have an open recess inside that this adapter fits into. It's a rectangular peg for a rectangular hole. Unsure of what size spacer will work best for you? This professional kit includes 1mm, 2.5mm, 5mm, 10mm, and 15mm spacers with wheel studs and nuts for you play with. These are not the same spacers that we sell and they cannot be used to drive on. But with the studs installed the car can be lowered to the ground and rolled to check for clearances. These test fit spacers are drilled to fit the standard BMW 5x120 bolt pattern as well as 4-lug 4x100 (and VW/Audi bolt patterns too). You can stack spacers to achieve the perfect clearance.
