VTT Billet N5X Power Steering Pulley - Anodized Clear - BMW E82/88 E9X N54 N55 3.0L

A well-known issue with the N54 (and early N55) with Hydraulic power steering is the plastic pulley either hitting the subframe or simply breaking on its own. This can cause the belt to be ejected from the pulley, and leave you stranded with no serpentine belt. To top it off, if you continue to run the vehicle with the belt off, you also have a good chance of sucking the belt into the engine through the front seal. Put an end to the dreaded plastic Power Steering pulley issues with Vargas' 100% Billet Aluminum PS pulley. VTT makes these from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodizes them in one of 4 colors (Black, Red, Blue, and Clear) for a great look and long-lasting finish. These weigh 11Oz, very close to the weight of a stock pulley, and are lighter than the cast aluminum versions on the market.
