E46 M3 CSL brakes fit the E36 M3 for a bolt-on size enhancement and more stopping power. The CSL rotors are a full 30mm (1.18") larger than the stock E36 M3 discs. The larger rotor puts out more braking torque and can handle more friction and heat than stock. With the special brackets these larger rotors are able to bolt-on to the E36 M3 hub using your original calipers and lines. Simply bolt them on using the new caliper bracket. The E36 M3 CSL upgrade is a moderate upgrade over stock compared to a StopTech or Brembo Big Brake Kit but has lower upfront cost, lower consumable cost (pads and rotors), and has a wide range of pad choices (any brake pad for an E36 M3 or E46 M3 will work).
We offer these brakes with three rotor choices -
With more braking torque, the brake bias is changed. For the street, you will notice more stopping power and more "bite" from the front brakes. You may not notice the front brakes are working harder. If you're using this kit on the track it will be more important to balance the brake bias using different front-rear pad compounds. The front brakes will be doing more work than before to slow the car down and you will need to balance that with a more aggressive pad on the rear. You may notice the front tires locking up sooner, especially in wet conditions. Contact us to discuss track pads for your situation.
Wheel fitment: 18" wheels are strongly recommended for brake clearance although some 17" wheels will work (if they clear a BBK they will work with these)

135/BMW Performance brakes for your E36 and E46! This kit uses the factory BMW Performance Brembo 6-piston calipers (same as 135i) with E46 330-sized rotors (325x25mm / 12.8") for a bolt on braking upgrade. Everything comes complete - 6-piston calipers, rotors, custom caliper bracket, brake lines, and a pad sensor. Choose your preferred brake fluid and brake pads below (or call us for a recommendation).

This is a direct fit to all E36 and E46 (not E46 M3) and comes with a lot more braking power than standard (especially on non-M E36). Consequently there will be more front brake bias - the front brakes have more bite than before. During normal street driving all you will notice is that the brakes feel stronger. For track driving we recommend a more aggressive rear pad to balance the brake bias or a StopTech or Brembo big brake kit that has been properly engineered for the chassis (not a retrofit).
Requires 17" wheels and wheel spacers may be required depending on wheel spoke design. E46 Style 68 wheels shown are used with 5mm spacer.

E36 M3 FRONT BRAKE CONVERSION KIT - Includes CALIPERS, ROTORS, and ALL hardware / parts! Complete upgrade for all E36 318i, 318is, 325i, 325is, 328i, 328is & 323is
Turner Motorsport has acquired OEM NEW E36 M3 brake parts at a substantial discount from a dealer that was going out of business. This discounted buy allows us to offer this GREAT UPGRADE PACKAGE at about half the retail cost. Building a sleeper 325/328 or an E36 track car? Converting the front brakes on your non-M E36 is very easy! Especially with all new, OEM parts!
Your car's braking performance will be dramatically improved due to the M3's substantially larger vented rotors and pads. The best thing about this upgrade is that parts are all off the shelf M3 and upgrades are readily available. Rotors areinexpensive when compared to replacement discs in specialized big brake kits.
Removal of the standard E36 wheel hub and spindle is easy since the rotor, wheel bearing, and caliper do not have to beseparated. The M3 parts will bolt on to your existing 318/325/328 front strut and tie rod assembly without modification. 17" or larger wheels are required to clear these M3 calipers. For the alignment, plan on the spindles to increase negative camber by at least 1 degree. The alignment will vary based on many different factors so an accurate prediction is nearly impossible. For a street-driven car you may want to also consider KMAC adjustable camber plates or the fixed 1996-99 M3 strut mounts which will reduce the negative camber by about 1 degree. For a track-car, the extra negative camber will be welcome for reducing understeer.
Choose from standard M3 rotors, TMS cross-drilled, TMS gas-slotted, or the BMW Motorsport Euro Floating rotors. We also offer a variety of brake pads for this application (Axxis Ultimate come standard with the kit, or choose another pad from the list below).
Looking for M3 rear brakes too? We have the calipers, brackets, rotors, etc grouped in a package (#325toM3brakes-REAR) to upgrade your rear brakes as well. The rear rotors are 1" larger than the stock non-M rotors. This gives you a much larger braking surface and allows for better cooling. The trade-off is losing your brake dust shield and the parking brake mechanism. The non-M parking brake runs out of adjustment because the M3 rotor is so much larger. This is usually not an issue for a track-only car but you will miss it on the street.

This caliper bushing kit will eliminate flex caused by weak rubber caliper bushings. As the brake pedal is pressed the caliper grabs the rotor and twists on its mounting bushings. The rubber bushings allow the caliper to deflect and twist which affects pedal feel and results in uneven pad wear. These solid brass bushings will not twist or deflect so your calipers can squeeze the pads evenly on both sides of the rotor (sort of like what multi-piston big brakes do). This will give you much longer pad life and a more consistent pedal feel. This is the most complete kit we have ever sold with stainless steel caliper slide bolts, o-rings, and new dust boots. Unlike other kits, these bushings are pressed into the caliper and will not shift or slide on their own.
Installation is straightforward: remove the old rubber bushings and press in the new brass bushings (we recommend special tool 003326ECS03). High temp caliper grease or anti-seize is required. The new bushings include an inner o-ring that helps trap grease on the slide bolt, reducing friction and wear.

For most models with floating calipers. Fits the rear of E90/2 and E60, but for the front you'll need the kit found here. Does not fit E30 models with Girling calipers, but is compatible with Ate calipers.
PRESSURE BRAKE BLEEDER:
We know bleeding brake alone is not only no fun, but much more complicated than it needs to be. Having a pressure bleeder give you the ability to keep the pressure on the brake system while you go under and crack open the bleeder screws to relieve the air pockets.

FLUID CATCH BOTTLE:
keep your fluid's off the floor and into our catch bottle. The bottle has fluid level markings from 0.2L to 0.7 liter. This feature allows you to measure how much fluid you have sent thru the system. Our bleeder bottle features an expandable/collapsible top portion for easier storage. Gasket in cap prevents leakage. Tubing is extra long at 24" from cap to nipple. Flexible hose can be pushed down into bottle for storage when done. Bottle now features a handy hanger bracket to hang bottle from bottom of car.
