Bilstein has teamed up with Eibach to offer matched shock and spring packages. These Eibach springs are mated to a special set of Bilstein shocks to deliver a sporty and taut ride with as little impact on ride comfort as possible.
The Sportline kit uses an Eibach Sportline spring with Bilstein's Sport shocks and struts. Instead of taking parts from different manufacturers, Bilstein has tested the performance of the Eibach spring and tailored their shocks to be a true match for the new spring rate and ride height. This is known as a matched shock and spring and very few tuning companies take these extra steps. Eibach Sportline springs are more aggressive than Pro-Kit springs, which tend to be softer overall than most other aftermarket springs, but still ensures ride quality stays close to stock comfort while still giving you a much more aggressive lowered stance and significantly improved handling.

Most cars don't need coil overs to improve their handling and bodyroll. For most drivers, simply replacing the shocks and springs with performance versions will meet their goals. If your shocks need replacing, and you felt the handling could be improved a little bit, this is an excellent performance suspension for you.

20MM (.79 inch) Wheel Spacers Adapters for BMW E39 5-series
The E36 and E46 chassis have a lot more wheel options than the E39 5-series. That's because BMW chose to use a larger center bore for the E39 wheel than any other BMW model and many wheel manufacturers are reluctant to make E39-specific wheels. These adapters are the correct E39 hub size on the inside and the correct E36/E46/E9X wheel size on the outside with a 20mm thickness. This is good because the E39 needs a low wheel offset and 3-series wheels are all high offset so a spacer would be needed anyway. A Hub Adapter Spacer is the perfect solution! You will need match the spacer to the new wheels (also taking the new wheel width into account) but call us for any fitment questions. Longer wheel bolts or wheel studs are required.
These latest generation of the Turner Motorsport Wheel Spacers represent a total redesign of the wheel spacer concept - a ground-up, clean sheet design based on our years of BMW service and motorsports. We took everything we have learned from our service technicians, customers, and race team crew and built the spacer to beat all spacers. Extended Wheel Bolts
Required for all BMW wheel spacers is a set of longer wheel bolts or wheel studs. Spacers cannot be used with stock bolts. Our extended lug bolts are a very high quality and high grade steel lug bolt (grade 10.9). We offer two finishes to get you just the right look with your wheels - black zinc to maintain a factory BMW appearance or a bright zinc nickel finish to go with polished wheels. Zinc finishes are designed to withstand 700 hours of salt spray testing.

Don't neglect your motor mounts! Most stock BMW motor mounts are fluid filled and the stiffness of the mount depends on this fluid. But over time the fluid leaks out and the strength of the mount is greatly reduced. A worn motor mount allows the engine to twist and shift around. The harder you're driving the more shift will occur. As the engine is moving around it can contact other parts in the engine bay - usually cooling related. The mechanical fan can hit the radiator; the A/C compressor can hit a radiator hose, the exhaust will flex and may break. Twisting of the engine can also lead to shifting problems as the transmission twists with it. There are countless issues related to worn or compressed motor mounts so don't overlook these as a regular replacement item (every 50,000 miles).
