Replace the ordinary chrome side grills on your E60 M5 with cool carbon fiber! These directly replace the standard grills, are easy to install and include the Genuine BMW "M" logo. There isn't much chrome anyway on the M5, so it makes one wonder why BMW even used chrome for the fender grills (and hood grills). Black is also an option, but for those looking for that something extra to make their M5 "pop" over others.

Carbon fiber is synonymous with high-tech in the automotive and racing world and the E60 M5 is the epitome of high tech in its era. Carbon fiber was used more extensively on other special Motorsport and tuner models, including the E46 M3 CSL which had a carbon fiber roof and trunk. This set of carbon fiber fender grills is certainly right at home on the E60 M5. Includes one left carbon fender grill and one right carbon fender grill. Installation is very simple and requires no special tools.

The BMW N52 engine was deisgned with a crankcase vent system that relies on a heated oil separator valve to separate vapor from the liquid oil. Under ideal circumstances, the oil vapor would pass back into the intake and get burned up during normal combustion. The liquid oil would follow a path back down into the oil pan and be reused. This system is environmentally friendly but plagued with problems. The heating elements can fail or oil and carbon particles can block the oil separator valve. With no escape, the oil will continue to pool and collect in the valve cover or make its way into the combustion chamber leading to excessive oil consumption, blue smoke from the exhaust, idle and running issues. These issues are worse in colder climates where the freezing temperatures create an oil sludge condition that is impossible to clear. The plastic hoses can become brittle and crack which leads to vacuum leaks and oil leaks. Thankfully, the CCV is replaceable on the early N52 engines (2006 and some 2007 models) and should be inspected during a major service and any time the valve cover is off. Oil can also back up into the throttle body, which is easier to check than the oil separator itself. Later N52 engines do not have a serviceable oil vent as it is integrated into the valve cover and not a separate part.

This is a kit containing the oil separator, the vent hoses, and the intake manifold gaskets that are done during a typical oil separator replacement. Complete kit includes:

The intake manifold must be removed to access the oil separator so new profile gaskets are included. We also recommend (but not required) a new oil separator fitting on the intake manifold because it's one of the heated elements that vaporizes the oil as it enters the intake.

The oil separator can be replaced on its own but for a complete service we also recommend replacing the oil separator hoses and cleaning the valve cover. Any valve cover or intake manifold work should include a new oil separator valve.

Over time, the factory valve cover hardware on M50, M50TU, M52, M52TU, M54, S50 (US), and S52 engines is subjected to continuous heat cycling, oil vapor, and moisture, causing original cap nuts to oxidize, corrode, or thread-strip during routine maintenance. Our Polished Valve Cover Cap Nut serves as a direct replacement designed to address these common failure points while improving upon overall engine bay aesthetics.

Because maintaining precise gasket compression is critical to preventing oil leaks, these cap nuts and washers are machined directly to OE-style dimensions. This exact fitment allows for direct compatibility with original and replacement valve cover studs (see T#55317643) and ensures the hardware can be torqued precisely to OEM specifications without guesswork. Manufactured to grade 8.8 structural strength standards, the hardware maintains the necessary clamp force required under normal and high-performance engine operating conditions.

To resist corrosion, both the cap nut and washer undergo an electroless nickel plating process during production. Unlike standard zinc coatings that dull or rust over time, electroless nickel provides a uniform layer of corrosion resistance that withstands long-term chemical exposure and extreme temperature swings while giving the hardware a polished, high-end appearance. Each cap nut assembly includes an OE rubber washer seal, ensuring a tight, leak-free barrier that prevents oil from escaping through the mounting studs.

These 'show quality' black chrome wheel bolts have a satin/luster finish to them that looks better than most other finished bolts, including the factory bolts. The bolt head is also finished off better with a rounded head instead of recessed. If your wheels are perfect, your bolts should be too! Turner Motorsport's five years of endurance competition has taught us many things. One was that not all lug-nuts are made the same. While the standard nuts that we sell are great for daily drivers, HPDE events, and club racing, a beefier and more durable nut was needed for the 3-hour, 6-hour, and 24-hour professional endurance races. During the 24 Hours of Daytona, our crew guys made over 80 tire changes in NASCAR-style pitstops. That kind of abuse from air guns and fast work required the "next level" of lug-nut. These nuts are a high-grade steel with a chrome coating and they incorporate several innovative features. The wheel-side of the nut has recessed threads so that the nut has to be square to engage the threads. Without the recess, it's far too easy to start the threads with the nut being crooked. The 19mm head of the nut is slightly rounded to help the socket find its position. The chrome plating that we use is reasonably durable without being excessive. With too much coating, the chipped and worn coating fragments can end up in the threads, leading to all sorts of trouble. Anyone who has used nuts repeatedly knows that the coating is not going to last forever. The constant abuse from air guns will chip it all away. So why add weight and the potential for disaster with excess coating? We did away with most of the danger from that with a lighter coating that still resists the tough environment of the track. The Turner Motorsport E60 N52 3.0" T304 Stainless Steel Axle-Back & Midpipe Exhaust System is a direct-fit performance exhaust replacement designed to eliminate factory exhaust restriction and enhance the acoustic profile of the BMW N52 engine.

The restrictive OEM muffler and resonator restrict exhaust gas evacuation and suppress the engine's natural exhaust note. The Turner Motorsport system replaces these restrictive factory components with a CNC mandrel-bent 3.0-inch straight-through assembly, minimizing backpressure and accelerating exhaust gas flow while maintaining emissions compliance by retaining all OEM primary and secondary catalytic converters.

19mm compact lug nut to fit 12x1.5 thread wheel studs (common for most BMWs made before 2012). This wheel nut has a reduced outer flange for a more compact and minimal fitment. On many wheels, the hole for the lugbolt or lugnut is a very narrow diameter. Not even the stock lugbolt will fit through and these wheels often come with their own lugbolts. Then when adding studs to the car the options for a small diameter lug nut are very limited. We ran into this problem over and over and finally found a solution! These compact lugs have all of the material of a 19mm nut but without the flange of a standard wheel nut. For this reason we do not recommend using these on a wheel that normally takes a standard bolt seat (the seat is very important to the strength and integrity of the design). But for wheels that are designed to use a small seat, these are the solution! Bright and durable zinc finish makes them easy to spot during fast pitstop tire changes.

Thin-wall 19mm socket may be required depending on your wheel design.
