The Turner Motorsport E60 N52 3.0" T304 Stainless Steel Axle-Back & Midpipe Exhaust System is a direct-fit performance exhaust replacement designed to eliminate factory exhaust restriction and enhance the acoustic profile of the BMW N52 engine.

The restrictive OEM muffler and resonator restrict exhaust gas evacuation and suppress the engine's natural exhaust note. The Turner Motorsport system replaces these restrictive factory components with a CNC mandrel-bent 3.0-inch straight-through assembly, minimizing backpressure and accelerating exhaust gas flow while maintaining emissions compliance by retaining all OEM primary and secondary catalytic converters.

3.0-inch straight-through design
T304 stainless steel with 1.25mm wall thickness
CNC mandrel-bent with 100% hand TIG welding
Brushed stainless steel body with laser-etched Turner branding on the tips
Integrated stepped, slash-cut outlets
Rigid sheet metal brackets with TIG-welded hangers utilizing OEM mounting locations
Includes two stainless steel AccuSeal clamps and two 50mm sleeve-style exhaust clamps for leak-free sealing

Turner Tip: Make precise cuts at the two factory-marked locations on the OEM midpipe during removal; this preserves the ability to seamlessly revert to the stock exhaust setup later using standard sleeve couplers.

We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology, including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modelling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long-term product testing.
