Replace the flimsy plastic bleeder screw used in the coolant expansion tank or in one of the cooling system hoses with this high quality, durable, aluminum bleeder screw. The stock plastic screw can deform over time due to heat or even regular use. We have even seen the head of the screw snap off, leaving the threaded body stuck in the expansion tank. This aluminum screw will help to prevent sudden failure of the bleeder screw, which can result in immediate overheating of the car.

ECS Tuning's Aluminum Coolant Bleeder Screw replaces Genuine BMW Part Number 17111712788

Why not upgrade when you're due for a replacement? The ECS Tuning silicone hose replacement fixes these issue with two key features in their design. Offering this hose in a much more heat resistant silicone instead of OE rubber and having the hose wrapped in aluminum. The aluminum coating acts as a heat shield to further protect the silicone as well as reducing the temperatures forced on the coolant running through the hose.

Replaces OE hose #11537545665

Ensure a tight and leak-free seal in your BMW's cooling, vacuum, or intake systems by installing a new adjustable hose clamp. Over time, clamps can deform or lose their tightness due to aging or frequent removal, potentially causing leaks in your coolant or vacuum hoses. Avoid the risk of leaks by replacing old clamps with new hardware, offering peace of mind against coolant and vacuum system issues.

Key benefits of the adjustable hose clamp include:

• Maintaining a secure and leak-free seal in your BMW's systems.
• Preventing coolant or vacuum leaks that can affect performance.
• Adjustable size from 70mm to 78mm for versatile applications.

Upgrade your hose clamps to ensure optimal performance and reliability in your BMW's systems.

The perfect upgrade for your connection between your thermostat and cylinder head. Designed using durable silicone and billet aluminum to greatly outlast the OE rubber and plastic combination.

Some of the weakest point of the cooling systems in BMW's can come down to the OE plastic fittings breaking down from the constant changes in temperature softening these plastic components. When this happens even simply moving the hose slightly could cause the fitting to crack causing the coolant to leak all over. The ECS design silicone hose with billet aluminum adapter retains OE fitment with superior strength to not only handle the performance, but stand up to the wear and tear of a daily driver.

Features:

• Manufactured from billet 6061-T6 with type III anodize for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.

  • Much stronger part than OEM plastic

  • Will not become brittle and fatigue over time due thermal cycling.  This will prevent the part from breaking during removal and re-installation.

• Constructed of 4-Ply reinforced silicone for improved durability over the failure prone OE rubber hose.
• Flourosilicone lined internal layer for exceptional chemical resistance.
• Silicone offers reduced thermal conductivity as well as improved resistance to ozone and UV degradation for improved performance and durability.
• Follows OEM form for perfect fitment.
• Utilizes OEM O-ring 11537545278 to ensure a proper seal.
