Due to weak plastic construction, the factory plastic crankcase ventilation breather hose is known to fail. After years of exposure to piping-hot engine bay temperatures and chemical-laden oil vapors, the corrugated plastic tubing can crack, crumble, or fail altogether.
We set out to bulletproof your N20 PCV system with a durable silicone breather hose, designed to provide a comprehensive upgrade and permanent replacement for the factory plastic hose. By replacing the flimsy, heat-hardened OEM plastic hose with a four-ply fluorosilicone hose, you'll experience peace of mind knowing your N20 is free from the inevitable return of oil leaks, vacuum leaks, and drivability concerns that would have been.

Our catch can was also designed with the idea that the cans fill level can easily be checked with a top mounted dipstick and an optional use bottom drain hole. The most common N55 intake utilizes a short plastic tube and oversized cone filter; it is your job to have better taste than the common N55 owner. This carbon intake changes the whole image of the N55 engine while maintaining a flow of cool air and added induction noise. With a dual inlet design the engine bay retains its functionality while adding a second inlet to provide your engine with improved air flow and sound. To ensure the engine gets the coolest air possible the second inlet is located in the "sweet spot" on the cold side of the engine for the lowest intake air temps and most air flow possible. The cone filter features a bellmouth velocity stack filter that creates the satisfying flutter after letting of the throttle.
Our Turner Carbon Fiber Intakes start with a 3D scan of the factory intake and engine bay. Engineers use the 3D imaging of the chassis to design the intake in SolidWorks modeling software. This is a replacement Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor Located on the charge air cooler. The MAP controls the amount of fuel that goes through the injectors based on the pressure of air at the intake manifold. If your vehicle is giving you a MAP code, replace it immediately to ensure you get the best gas mileage and performance. It is common for this part to fail slowly and cause poor fuel mileage and hampered performance. When it fails, the vehicle will stutter and stall as it falls into a limp mode. One way to check if your MAP is bad is to unplug the connector before starting your car. If it idles well (compared to a previous poor idle), your MAP sensor likely needs to be replaced. If you let this maintenance part go, your fuel economy will suffer as too much fuel is going into the engine and not being burned. A great way to give your vehicle an efficiency boost.

Prevent costly failure with this IWIS Engine Oil Pump Chain Kit! This kit contains all of the basic items needed to service your oil pump drive system and prevent failure long before it occurs. Chains can stretch and chain guides and tensioners can wear out, leading to the chain skipping teeth. This prevents the oil pump from being driven at the proper speeds. If not addressed, the chain could begin to "slip" over the gears, failing to drive the oil pump. When this occurs, oil pressure will drop suddenly, failing to properly lubricate sensitive internal engine components such as main bearings, rod bearings, and camshaft ledges and lobes, resulting in severe scoring and eventual engine failure.

Over time, your engine timing components begin to wear out. Tensioners weaken, chains can stretch, and timing chain guides can wear down. All of these lead to the possibility of the timing chain jumping teeth on the sprockets, causing your timing to shift.
