E46 M3, Z4 M Front Wheel Hub Assembly with Bearing. This is an OEM Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly made by FAG and meets all of the OE specifications for fitment and life. FAG is an OE supplier to BMW as well as several other German marques. (SKF does not have a front bearing assembly for the E46 M3).
When wheel bearing begin to fail you normally will here a squeaking or grinding noise or sometimes feel a slight amount of vibration in the steering wheel. Be sure to replace these asap to prevent possible damage to the hub or steering issues.

This is an OEM Ruville Timing Chain Tensioner. Keeping pressure on the timing chain, this keeps the chain from slipping teeth and causing the timing to be off, potentially leading to engine damage.

E46 M3, Z4 M Front Wheel Hub Assembly with Bearing. This is an OEM Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly. Available from FAG or GSP. Both meet all of the OE specifications for fitment and life.

Automatic transmissions are reliable, shift smoothly, and can last without issue so long as they are properly maintained. Over time, the transmission fluid becomes thick and the filter becomes contaminated with small metal particles. This can cause excess wear, high transmission operating temperatures, and eventual failure. To prevent this we recommend changing your filter, fluid, and seals to ensure your transmission continues to operate flawlessly. We recommend filter and fluid changes every 50,000 miles.

Collapsing and worn engine mounts can mean big trouble for N52/N54/N55 cars. The stock mounts are filled with fluid that can leak or evaporate over time. That leaves the mount unstable and too flexible to properly support the engine. The side effects of a worn engine mount are: shaking and vibrating engine, driveline twist from engine torque that can break or snap bushings, and broken motor mount arms and bolts. This is a Genuine BMW replacement. When doing any sort of repair or maintenance there is no replacement for genuine factory parts. A lightweight aluminum flywheel is a great way to increase throttle response and free up horsepower by reducing drivetrain loss. Factory flywheels are built to minimize engine and transmission vibrations, making them heavier and requiring more energy to make them spin. An aluminum flywheel can save lots of weight over the stock steel unit - sometimes over 50%. While the dampening effect of the stock flywheel is reduced, most enthusiasts would agree that the increase in performance is well worth it. In addition, the lighter flywheel allows the engine to spin more freely, improving throttle response.

This is an OEM LuK stock twin mass flywheel for the N52 non-turbo engine in the 128i, 325i/328i/330i, 525i/528i/530i, and Z4 30i. It's manufactured by OEM supplier LuK. Sachs recommends a new dual mass flywheel (DMF) on every other clutch replacement. There are several indicators for replacing the flywheel: damage to the clutch contact plate (from a severely worn clutch disc), grease leaking from inside (overheating), build-up of clutch material on the contact plate (excessive slipping and overheating), and failure of the internal damping system.
The dampening system uses rubber or coil springs to absorb driveline vibrations. Through age, excessive heat, and aggressive use the rubber loses its resilience and the metal springs lose their strength and become brittle. If the clutch and flywheel have become overheated the internal grease may break down as well. A DMF failure can be massive and catastrophic, not to mention dangerous as bits of metal and rubber fling themselves through the transmission bellhousing. Heat and aggressive driving will accelerate the wear so race and track cars should have their stock flywheels replaced at regular intervals or with any new clutch. Even normal street cars should plan for a new flywheel if it has high mileage.

DMF wear can only be checked with the transmission and clutch removed. If you can rotate the outer flywheel more than 20mm in either direction then it should be replaced.
A new pilot bearing (roller bearing) is included, pre-installed in the flywheel hub.
This kit from Valeo is a simple way to easily convert your stock dual mass flywheel clutch system to a single mass system.
Dual mass flywheels allow for fluid-feeling clutch engagements and offer a more luxurious feel than single-mass flywheels. However, with these benefits come significant drawbacks. Why convert from a dual-mass flywheel to a single-mass flywheel?
Cost: Dual-mass flywheels are expensive, with the cost of replacement often times being double or triple than that of converting to a single-mass flywheel.
Serviceability: Single-mass flywheels can be resurfaced, eliminating the need to replace with the next clutch service. - something that is not recommended with dual-mass flywheels, as they contain a rubber section that is more failure-prone in high mileage application.
Simplicity: Single-mass flywheels lack the complexity of dual-mass flywheels, making them inherently more reliable. Dual-mass flywheels contain a rubber damper or hub that will, like all rubber components, wear out with time.
Pedal Feel: Many enthusiasts prefer to eliminate BMW's "Self Adjusting Clutch", which has been known to provide an unpredictable, inconsistent engagement point.
Driveability: Valeo's conversion kit has been designed to maintain nearly identical clutch and flywheel weight, ideal for keeping the clutch quiet and easy to drive.
