From the factory, BMW S65 valve cover bolts feature integrated non-serviceable grommets. These rubber seals tend to weaken, becoming brittle after years of heat and oil exposure. Replacing these bolts and integrated grommets can total over $280
To address this issue, NRW has developed a solution: a silicone replica of the factory rubber grommet, boasting a superior heat resistance of 170 degrees Celsius compared to the original's 120 degrees Celsius. Each kit contains 26 grommets, enough to service both valve covers.

This comprehensive kit addresses the common issue of deteriorating valve cover gaskets in the S65 engine. Over time, heat exposure and engine oil can cause these gaskets to degrade, leading to leaks that result in smoke and unpleasant odors from burning oil.
Engineered for seamless integration and hassle-free operation, this kit streamlines the valve cover gasket replacement process, saving you valuable time and money.
Each component has been meticulously selected to ensure optimal durability and leak prevention. Whether you're a professional mechanic or a DIY enthusiast, rest assured that every part in this kit is of the highest quality and precision-engineered for peak performance.
