The vehicle's battery is responsible for starting and powering accessories while the vehicle is off and while running. During extremely hot or cold weather an aged battery will struggle to start or even charge properly.
If your BMW has been in an accident and the Battery Safety Terminal (BST) has been triggered, you'll need a new positive battery cable connection to restore power and get the vehicle running again.
