Machined from 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum, Macht Schnell Performance Underdrive Pulleys are strong as well as lightweight to limit parasitic drag from the accessories within a moderate level for maximum performance on or off the track. After machining and engraving, pulleys are then T3 hard anodized for additional strength, anti-corrosion & wear resistance. Our DualDrive design replaces the Crank Accessory & Power Steering Pulleys, resulting in an additional 9-14 HP and 7-9ft. lbs TQ gain for the M3. Gains are due to a reduction in power required to turn accessories; an increase in accessories lifespan due to lower speed will also result. All factory harmonics/balancing are undisturbed. Keep your intake tract free of oil with our baffled aluminum oil catch can. N54 motors are prone to excessive blow by which causes the entire intake tract to gunk up with oil and directly contributes to issue where the intake valves get caked with burnt oil creating excessive carbon deposits. This can be prevented with the use of our properly designed oil catch can that was built specifically for the N54 motor to ensure you don’t suffer power loss as well as additional maintenance costs caused by excessive oil blow by. This catch can includes everything necessary for installation on your N54 BMW and takes less than 20-25 minutes to install. Each kit includes is powder coated in black and includes VRSF lifetime.
