BMW Exhaust Parts, Mufflers & Catalytic Converters for BMW 3 Series E93 (2007-2013)

Why own the only V8-powered M3 if you can’t actually hear it? BMW's E9X M3 features a hefty rear muffler assembly that silences the S65's distinctive soundtrack. While full cat-back systems can require a serious financial commitment, our new Muffler Delete Kit offers an affordable, no-compromise solution that brings your M3 to life!

This system transforms the character of your S65 by replacing the restrictive factory mufflers with a free-flowing, TIG-welded stainless steel assembly designed to amplify tone, shed weight, and preserve OEM fit and finish. Our design features dual 2.5" primary tubing that flows into adjustable 3" quad tips, creating a clean yet aggressive aesthetic. Up front, factory-style V-band flanges connect directly to the OEM midpipe—meaning no cutting of factory exhaust piping. At the rear, Accuseal slip-fit connections allow perfect tip alignment within the factory diffuser, ensuring a tailored, symmetrical look every time.

FEATURES

TIG-welded dual 2.5" primary tubing transitioning into adjustable 3" quad tips for a bold, refined appearance

OE-style V-band flanges for true factory-like integration—no cutting required

Accuseal slip-fit joints for full adjustability and precise tip placement

Utilizes factory hangers for a clean, bolt-on installation with zero drilling or modification

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Our Rear Muffler Delete Kit is the result of advanced engineering, testing, and quality assurance by Turner’s Research & Development team. Every stage of development employs FARO laser scanning, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, and in-house rapid prototyping for precise fitment and design validation. Performance and durability are proven through Mustang AWD 500 SE dyno testing and Superflow SF-750 Flowbench analysis, ensuring each component meets Turner’s uncompromising standards for performance and quality.

The oxygen sensor is part of your BMW's emissions control system and feeds data to BMW engine management computer. The oxygen sensor is positioned in the exhaust pipe and can detect rich and lean mixtures. The goal of the oxygen sensor is to help the engine run as efficiently as possible and also to produce as few emissions as possible. When your BMW oxygen sensor fails, the computer can no longer sense the air/fuel ratio, so it ends up guessing -- resulting in poor performance, poor gas mileage, and increased pollution. Make sure your BMW engine performs as it should, and doesn't use more fuel than it needs to, by simply changing your oxygen sensor today.
