BMW claims their transmission fluid to be a "lifetime" fluid, however is recommended to be changed every 60,000 miles to ensure a longer transmission life. Though not exposed to the same level of heat and contamination as engine oil, transmission oil still breaks down over time due to heat and becomes contaminated as your transmission wears. Old contaminated oil can lead to excessive wear and tear on sensitive transmission components which could lead to slow shifting, slips, and even complete failure. This is also true for the transmission filter integrated into the transmission fluid pan. Bilstein's PSS10 coil over system combines adjustable monotube shock damper technology with front and rear height adjustments to give you everything you need in one package. The PSS10 kit is one of the most impressive suspensions on the market for performance and quality. Bilstein has engineered this kit to be functional and specific to the F2X/F3X chassis and not overloaded with features and bullet points that you'll never use. With the PSS10 you get 10 damper settings with meaningful differences between clicks, ride height adjustment, TUV certified quality and performance, a limited lifetime warranty, and easy fitment with stock mounts and links.

Bilstein PSS10 dampers feature their latest monotube design - a single large piston that performs better and lasts longer than other twin-tube designs. They also use a patented digressive valving system that helps give their shocks a better ride at any shock setting compared to competitor's progressive shocks. The PSS10 features 10 useful damper positions for rebound and compression - not hundreds of settings that you don't need or will never use. The settings range from 10 (softest) to 1 (stiffest) with meaningful variations between settings. This allows you to easily find a shock stiffness that best suits your driving environment and less wasted time trying separate adjustments and getting nowhere. The Bilstein PSS10 settings follow damper graphs and plots determined from their years of German performance tuning, including testing on the famed Nurburgring and Autobahn. Each setting is selected from a super-large knob at the bottom of each strut and shock - easily accessible from underneath the car. Each front strut is zinc coated for excellent wear resistance.

20MM (.79 inch) Big Pad Wheel Spacers for BMW E70 X5M, E71 X6/X6M, F02, F06, F07, F10, F12/F13, F22, F25, F3X, F8X M3/M4 These are our Big Pad wheel spacers designed for the latest generation of factory BMW wheels. The "wheel pad" is the back of the wheel that mounts to the hub on the car. Since the early 2000s the factory BMW wheel pad diameter has grown - 150mm, 152mm, 154mm, and now 156mm. Most of the wheel spacers on the market are 152mm. The difference from using the smaller spacer on a large pad will leave an unsightly step down between the back of the wheel and the brake rotor hat (see image). To fix this visual defect we use a larger diameter spacer - the Big Pad. This will have less of a step, or no step at all, when used with the larger pad size. Note that nearly all aftermarket wheel manufacturers use the smaller pad size (mainly to reduce unsprung weight). Wheel spacers are the ideal solution to resolve a number of fitment and aesthetic problems. A spacer fits between the wheel and the hub assembly. The wheel will be pushed further outboard by the thickness of the spacer. Spacers allow you to correct wheel offset issues when the wheel is too 'tucked in' to the bodywork, clear the wheel from contact with the suspension or inner bodywork, clear larger brakes, improve handling and stability by increasing track width, or simply to get the right look and stance. Our wheel spacers are compatible with almost any type of BMW wheel and are a direct fit to the wheel hub (see below for any fitment notes). Longer wheel bolts or wheel studs are required. The 3mm and 5mm Big Pad Spacers also solve a problem with F10 M5/F12 M6 wheel fitments. The factory Carbon Ceramic Brakes have a recess machined into the brake rotor hat. The wheel is supposed to sit inside this recess. But some factory and aftermarket wheels have an extra large mounting pad that is too big for the recess. Using the Turner 3mm or 5mm spacers will give you a solid mounting surface for these types of wheels. Wheel spacers are the ideal solution to resolve a number of fitment and aesthetic problems. These 370mm brake rotors were originally used on the F3x 335/435 M Sport Upgrade offered as an option on all cars in the US, Canada, and Europe (option code S2NH or S2NHA). These are the blank rotor design, not dimpled/slotted. These rotors are 30mm larger than the standard 335/435 brake rotors and will not fit on cars with the standard brakes. However, they can be used with the M Performance accessory big brake kits that were installed as a dealer-installed option or after the car was delivered. See below for a breakdown of the exact models and packages these rotors will work on. The M Sport Brake Upgrade (option code S2NH or S2NHA) could be added to any F30/F32 when the car was ordered, regardless of trim level. The P337A M Sport trim package (front bumper, steering wheel, and other trim pieces) did not have its own unique brake components. An M Sport trim package had the same brakes as a standard 335. The poorly named M Sport Brake Upgrade added the larger front and rear rotors, different front calipers (but still 4-piston Brembo), a 2-piston Brembo caliper, and aggressive sport pads. In Canada and Europe, the calipers were blue. The US got unfinished grey calipers during the 2012-2013 model years and blue calipers for 2014+. These rotors will fit all of the S2NH/S2NHA M Sport brakes and also the M Performance big brake kits.
