Apex ARC8 17x9" ET42 Wheel Set Apex 9" wheel set for the front and rear of your BMW. These are a bit wider than stock to put more rubber to the road. This helps to reduce understeer on cars with staggered wheel sets and gives you the option to rotate tires. If you're tracking your BMW you should absolutely have a square wheel set (the same size front and rear). Adding a wider wheel will get you more rubber where it counts - reducing understeer and improving initial turn-in. APEX light alloy wheels are the next evolution in flow-forged wheel technology for BMWs. Flow-forming is a semi-forging process that produces a wheel typically stronger than a traditional cast wheel yet is still light weight. The wheels are around 10lbs lighter per wheel than a comparable factory wheel! That's reduced unsprung weight that improves all aspects of performance. The spokes and barrel have been designed to allow generous clearance for big brakes. In other words, these wheels are very impressively engineered and look great too! The design is based on classic motorsport themes that blend with BMW styling and appearance. These wheels look right at home on many BMW models. Multiple color and profile options allow you to set just the right look and stance for your car. As well as being pleasing to the eye these are very strong and functional wheels that are at home on the street as well as the racetrack. Don't let the price fool you - these wheels are high quality, high strength, and in high demand. Note: careful consideration of wheel width, offset and tire sizing must be observed when choosing and installing larger wheels. H&R's 13mm wheel spacers are Made in Germany and are TUV approved. H&R manufacturers their spacers from a super lightweight aluminum/magnesium alloy for excellent strength and also to save unsprung weight. The spacers are drilled for additional lightness and easy fitment. They are then hard anodized for durability. These are not low quality universal spacers - the bolt pattern, hub sizing, and other dimensions are designed to be used on BMW models only. This spacer has a larger mounting surface specifically designed for the larger mounting pad of F30 wheels.

It features our highest load rating and our strongest lip, allowing it to withstand abuse, lap after lap. Features: Fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum Stronger 2100 lb. load rating Stiffer side-milled spokes Heavy-duty Enduro Spec inner lip Capless hub design to reduce weight Massive brake clearance Unmatched replacement program Lifetime structural warranty Independently tested Sharing a similar split five spoke layout to our popular Sprint Line VS-5RS, the all new VS-5RE was designed to prioritize both strength and stiffness. The reality is that most enthusiasts and racers benefit far more from increased strength than they would from a small decrease in weight. The VS-5RE and the Enduro line as a whole was introduced to give the enthusiast community the choice to choose what's best for their application. In our pursuit of absolute strength, the Forged VS-5RE was given dramatically thicker spokes, our thickest ever Enduro Spec inner lip, and a substantially reinforced outer lip. When all put together, the VS-5RE is rated at an impressive 2100 lb max load. A major increase over its Sprint Line counterpart sitting at a 1600 lb load rating. To achieve this level of strength, our engineers added a considerable amount of material to the areas where it matters most. This does come with a bit of a weight penalty, however a host of weight saving measures have been implemented to minimize its effect. Deep spoke scalloping is utilized to shave material from the sides of spokes without compromising strength. Outer lip pocketing, a feature only seen on the Enduro Line within the Apex catalog, does away with excess material on the outer lip between each spoke. Our aim is for the Enduro VS-5RE to become the wheel of choice for anyone who appreciates the benefit of strength and stiffness over small weight savings. One must ask themselves how much faster will they truly be by dropping a few pounds of rotating mass and is it worth the trade off of losing confidence that your wheels will hold up lap after lap. Wheels lacking in stiffness flex under load, leading to lost camber during demanding cornering. Ultra lightweight wheels look great on paper, but they could cost you in the form of a lost podium or high cost of replacement.
