The Dinan sport muffler is designed to compliment the 340i and not overpower the driver and passengers with harsh tones. Dinan engineers their exhausts to sound great and be a natural fit to the character of the car as well as produce more power and torque. Dual 3.5" stainless tips engraved with the Dinan logo fill out the rear valence (choose either polished or satin black tips). Annoying highway drone has also been engineered out of the system. Dinan uses only 304 stainless steel in their systems for the maximum corrosion protection. This system replaces the factory rear mufflers at a pre-determined cut point on the stock exhaust, which makes for an easy installation and you can reinstall your original mufflers using factory hardware. The Akrapovic Evolution exhaust systems for the BMW F30 335i & F32 435 are the result of the perfect integration of expertise, the best technology, and the use of the finest materials. Made of austenitic stainless steel, these systems feature a newly developed layout with two central link pipes replacing the single stock pipe, a new muffler design, and carbon fiber tailpipes.
This Akrapovic Evolution exhaust improves upon the stock exhaust system of the BMW 335i in numerous areas. The first visible improvement is the additional power of 7.1 HP (at 5.850 rpm) and 10.7 Nm (at 3500 rpm). The range between 2.000 rpm and 3.000 rpm and at 3.500 rpm was particularly improved. A noticeable improvement can also be observed at high RPM where the Evolution gives more power. This sporty elegance makes this Bavarian machine stand out from the rest and offers the taste of a more powerful version, accentuated with the additional power gains and weight losses of the Evolution system. The dual-mode ECU-controlled valve exhaust from Akrapovic offers stock-level sound at normal cruising, and a joyful deep sporty note when driving the 335i more dynamically. The Evolution systems replace the stock exhaust from the catalytic converters back.
Because of size and dimensions of this exhaust, it can not be shipped via conventional carriers such as UPS or FedEx, and must be shipped via Truck Frieght shipping. Not for sale outside the US or Canada.

This new MACH Force XP Axle-back exhaust system is for the 2016+ BMW 340i F30 and F36 440i Gran Coupe with the new N58 3.0L turbo engine. This exhaust system is constructed from 3.0” mandrel bent stainless steel and is hand TIG-welded. The system uses a high flow transverse muffler with 3" diameter tubing which improves performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. To finish off this exhaust are dual double wall resonated angle cut gloss black 304 stainless steel tips. The factory actuator drive is retained with the aFe exhaust so that a check engine light does not occur. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations for a hassle free installation. No modifications necessary.

Exhaust Valve:
Incorporated is a factory style exhaust valve which uses the factory exhaust valve motor (not included). The valve helps regulate, direct and control the flow of exhaust gases by opening, closing, or partially obstructing passageways depending on throttle position and factory performance mode for maximum performance.
Resonator Delete Pipe:
An optional resonator delete pipe is compatible with this exhaust system (not included, sold separately) aFe part number: 49-36622 (No cutting or fabrication required).

aFe is proud to introduce the aFe Twisted Steel® non-catalytic down-pipe for the 2012-2013 BMW F30 335i with the L6-3.0L (N55) engine. In testing this system resulted in a max gain of 13 horsepower and 27 lbs. x ft. of torque and outflowed the restricted OE catalytic converter by up to 190%. This high performance race pipe delivers pure, race-inspired raw power and also produces an aggressive and exciting exhaust sound during hard throttle. aFe also used a massive, light-weight 4" diameter 304 stainless steel tube and progressively tapers to increase exhaust velocity and usable torque.
Tig-Welded:
100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks.
Tapered Design:
A unique 4" Dia. 304 stainless steel taper design is used to increase exhaust velocity and increase usable torque. This means more aggressive throttle response and increased passing power.

Note: This is a "Race Only" product used solely for competition. Its use is limited to closed-course and open-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use including recreational off-road use could be in violation of local, state and federal laws. A check engine light will emit and aFe recommends using a programmer but it is not necessary.
This part alters or deletes the emissions equipment on your car, and may not meet emissions standards in all states. Because of this, we require a waiver of emissions compliance to be signed and sent in to TMS. You can download the waiver here.
