We believe this is the way the N55 engine bays should have come from the factory. It’s time to ditch all that plastic. Our higher flow filter and intake design gave our F30 335i an additional 7 WHP and 14 ft-lbs of torque over stock when we tested on our dyno. Our less restrictive intake design reduced post filter pressure by 0.2 psi over stock, allowing for gains across the entire RPM range - this reduced pressure drop also results in less stress on your N55’s turbo. We offer our N55 carbon intake in either gloss or matte finish, so you can choose what best suits your engine bay. Engines make more power when you're able to move as much air and fuel as possible through them. However, air density is just as important as air volume. Cooler air is denser air, so in addition to keeping your engine cool, it's important to make sure that your intake charge is as cool as possible. Turner Motorsport's upgraded intercooler works to reduce air temperatures with a bare minimum of pressure drop. Less pressure drop means less restriction, and a turbocharger that doesn't have to work as hard. This results not only in a longer service life for your turbocharger, but a substantial increase in performance as well.

The stepped design increases volume and surface are in a limited space by adding an additional smaller core at the top of the intercooler. Both cross sectional area and frontal surface area are increased by a whopping 56%, with a design that still weighs under 20 pounds. On the stock intercooler, the temperature differential between the inlet and outlet sides of the intercooler represented a 95 degree drop. With the Turner Motorsport intercooler, that drop was increased to a chilling 140 degrees. The dyno results don't lie: as a bolt-in upgrade, expect gains of 18 wheel horsepower and 10 lb/ft of torque. With a tune and supporting modifications, further gains are possible, up to 36 horsepower and 28 lb/ft of torque.

The N55 OE charge pipe is prone to failure; after constant heat cycling, the factory plastic becomes very brittle, leading to cracks and boost leaks, and ultimately entire part failures. The OE charge pipe has also been proven to break once under increased boost pressure. Replace the weak OE charge pipe with the Turner Motorsport N55 Charge pipe for increased air flow, and increased throttle response. You can also safely turn up the boost on your N55 once this kit is installed, and not worry about the problematic factory piece. The perfect compliment to the increased airflow form the Turner Motorsport charge pipes is a intercooler. Turner Motorsport has developed an intercooler upgrade that is far superior to the stock unit. Constructed from cast aluminum with a bar and plate design, this intercooler increases both cross sectional area and frontal surface area by 56%. This increase in area has shown a 45 degree decrees in intake temperature resulting in 18 wheel horsepower and 10 lb/ft of torque on its own.

Due to weak plastic construction, the factory plastic crankcase ventilation breather hose is known to fail. After years of exposure to piping-hot engine bay temperatures and chemical-laden oil vapors, the corrugated plastic tubing can crack, crumble, or fail altogether.

We set out to bulletproof your N20 PCV system with a durable silicone breather hose, designed to provide a comprehensive upgrade and permanent replacement for the factory plastic hose. By replacing the flimsy, heat-hardened OEM plastic hose with a four-ply fluorosilicone hose, you'll experience peace of mind knowing your N20 is free from the inevitable return of oil leaks, vacuum leaks, and drivability concerns that would have been.

This breather hose is found at the front of the engine, and is used to connect the inlet pipe to the valve cover. It replaces OEM part number 11127588417.

This race intercooler will allow for more horsepower gains by reducing intake temperatures and preventing heat soak. Prior to testing this intercooler, VRSF found that a 2nd-4th gear pull would result in a 55-60 degree rise in temperature on an OEM setup.
