With a 7% increase in core thickness over OEM, this upgraded unit enhances airflow through the cooler and helps maintain lower, more consistent oil temperatures under sustained load. Thanks to its robust bar-and-plate core, precision-formed sheet metal end tanks, and durable 5052 aluminum construction, it’s built to withstand the harsh realities of real-world performance driving.

From the factory, all BMW models are equipped with soft rubber or fluid-filled engine mounts. While these mounts perform well at isolating drivetrain vibrations, they are prone to degradation and allow for significant drivetrain movement. This often results in a loose-feeling driveline, missed shifts, and a generally disconnected driving feel.

To address these issues, We have developed a performance alternative. Constructed from 6061 Billet Aluminum, these mounts are built to last. While most performance drivetrain mounts feature solid or polyurethane-bonded aluminum construction, the engineers at Turner designed a unique four-piece design that disburses NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness). This multi-piece design offers the added benefit of serviceability. Additionally, encapsulating the polyurethane and adding a TecaPeek isolator prevents heat transfer to the insert, increasing the lifespan and durability of the mount.
