Design Highlights include: preserves the correct E9X RWD geometry separate sliding camber and caster adjustments maximum shock travel lightweight durable materials large surface area ease of use The Turner E9X Non-M RWD Race Camber Plates are the most advanced design on the market. These are designed specifically for E90/92 Non-M RWD - no shortcuts or cookie-cutter components. Starting with a fresh design to make these very user friendly and easy to install and set up. The front suspension has unique geometry and the strut is mounted at an angle that can put significant side loading on the strut shaft if it's not located properly. The location and angles for the main bearing were carefully engineered to allow the proper motion ratio and strut angles during adjustment. This greatly reduces bending forces on the strut itself which improves performance and longevity. By designing for only one chassis, they were able to focus on what works best in that application - proper fitment and operation without unnecessary adapters, easy-to-use camber and caster adjustments, and an intelligent modular design. Another important feature of these Camber Plates is the size of the upper plate. The plates have a very large surface area to better spread strut forces through the strut tower. A smaller upper plate, like those found on competitor's kits, will localize strut forces and contribute to strut tower deformation ('strut tower mushrooming'). This is a very important feature especially as these cars get older and spend more time on the track. Deformed strut towers are a serious performance and safety concern and our camber plates are properly designed to handle the loads. The factory strut reinforcement plates are not required with these camber plates (but you can use them if you want to). These sway bar links are offered in many different lengths which is perfect for an E90 E92 M3 running coil overs and needs to have the pre-load eliminated from the front sway bar. The M3 front strut is different than other E9X models. It has a concave depression on the tab for the sway bar link which makes every other aftermarket or adjustable link impossible to use. Our set of links includes a convex seat adapter piece that most other custom sway bar links do not have.

Custom lengths are sometimes needed because of ride height differences or if the sway bar link mounting point has been moved. Simply measure for your ideal link length, and order the links with the best length range (below). Each sway bar link has a 10mm diameter mounting pin/stud, which is the typical factory/stock size for a universal fitment. These are sold by the pair, and each set includes two matching sway bar end links.

These end links offer the quiet operation and long life of standard BMW end links, but with the strength and adjustability of rod-end style sway bar links. These sway bar links can be used on a wide variety of BMWs and aftermarket BMW suspensions. When measuring, please consider that the length ranges of our Custom Adjustable end links are measured from the center to center on the stud / pin, as shown in our diagram.

One of the tricks for getting your BMW to handle better is to add negative camber to the front wheels. This will put more of the tire's width in contact with the ground during cornering. With more rubber there is more grip. BMWs typically have less camber in the front to create understeer. But if you're running a stock setup on the track or autocross you are giving up speed and time as the front tires run out of grip sooner than they should.

Increasing the negative camber of your 1995 E36 M3 will reduce understeer and prolong the life of your tires when used on the track. These plates simply bolt on top of the factory upper strut bearings and increase negative camber by 2 degrees. We maximized the available camber available with a stock-diameter sized spring. Vehicle height in the front will be raised by .25". We also added material to the surface area of the mount to increase stiffness of contact area, therefore reducing the strut tower deformation and increasing the strength of the strut towers. Fixed mount camber plates are legal for many racing and autocross classes. These are the perfect camber solution when adjustable plates are not allowed in your class.

Here at Turner we understand the importance of an upgrade that will get the results you need on the track and still be tolerable on the drive around town. When it comes to control arms on the track, making them as stiff as you can (usually using solid mounts) is the best way to increase your driving precision by eliminating the deflection of rubber. The next best thing to create a balance would be to stiffen up the control arm with polyurethane, giving you the option of a more stock like feel with 80a or closer to the solid feel with 95a durometers. These poly bushings will give your control arms a direct connection between your suspension and the body of the car eliminating the slop felt under take-off and braking so you feel more in control of your vehicle. 

*Featuring a delrin sleeve to eliminate heat deformation and premature failure.

The bearing housing is precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 anodized aluminum and features a knurled OD to ensure a perfect press fit, and utilize a sealed OEM BMW ball joint for exceptional quality and durability, making them completely at home on both the street and track with no compromise.  We have done extensive street, autocross, and track testing to ensure the ball joint used in this bushing design excels in each setting.  The advantage of a sealed ball joint is that it eliminates all unwanted deflection while still allowing complete bind-free movement throughout suspension travel, resulting in exceptional control of wheel alignment.  What you get is superior steering precision, turn-in response, direct braking feedback, and better handling.

Lowering your BMW does wonders for appearance and handling, but it also changes suspension geometry in ways that can hurt performance. As ride height changes, angles between the sway bar, control arms, and axles shift, which can cause binding, poor fitment, and added stress on the factory fixed-length end links. This is especially noticeable on cars equipped with coilover suspension, where slight height differences side to side can preload the sway bar and lead to inconsistent handling.

Designed with performance in mind, they offer a fully adjustable range from 100mm to 120mm, helping eliminate preload, restore proper suspension alignment, and improve overall sway bar function. Constructed from high-quality billet aluminum, these end links are built to outlast the factory cast components and are finished with a black anodized coating for excellent corrosion resistance. Laser-etched wrench size markings allow for quick, easy adjustments while installed on the vehicle. While great for a daily driver, the stock BMW end links (31308091445 & 31308091446) aren't as strong as we'd desire them to be to stand up to demanding track use and abuse. These upgraded Adjustable End Links feature massive Teflon-lined FK 1/2" bearings to provide the highest load capacity for use with stiffer aftermarket sway bars. Heat-treated Chromoly High Misalignment Studs connect to the sway bar and offer extreme articulation capability (65 degrees) to prevent the end links from binding when used with different adjustment holes on aftermarket sway bars. Thanks to their adjustable design, these allow you to eliminate preload on the sway bars. Preload can result from uneven settling of springs or uneven suspension heights from corner weighting/leveling. Blue Anodized 6061-T6 Aluminum Turnbuckles work in conjunction with the left and right-hand threaded rod ends for simple and precise adjustment. Made in the USA For our Grand-Am Cup E46 M3s we wanted a fully solid differential mount setup. The advantages of a fully-solid aluminum set is that they last forever, quickens response in the suspension, and frees up horsepower to the wheels. These fully solid aluminum diff mounts are CNC machined and lightened for a direct replacement of the original rubber pieces.

By substituting aluminum for rubber we can take out all of the deflection and 'wind up' inherent to the original rubber pieces. The high deflection rate of the stock rubber means the suspension reacts slower as the bushing is compressed. The power used to compress that bushing is instead passed straight to the axles and wheels. And since there is no time lost to deflection, response is greatly improved. These diff mounts are only recommended for racecars since the aluminum transfers more noise and vibration.

This is a 3-piece set with a single front bushing and two rear bushings to press into the cover. They mount with the stock BMW hardware.

This single swaybar link is adjustable to eliminate preload on the front sway bar in E30 M3, E36 M3, E46, and Z4 models. Preload is tension on the bar when the car is at rest on the ground. Ideally, the bar should be neutral with zero tension on both ends (no twist in the bar at rest). Preload comes from inconsistent side-side ride height (such as with coil overs), a bent swaybar, a bent strut housing, or a chassis with bent or skewed frame rails. The handling is affected with a preloaded sway bar so removing that tension will give you more consistent handling and response. Preloading can also lead to premature failure of the link ball joints.

To remove preload you only need an adjustable link on one side of the car. Install your stock swaybar link on one side, lower the car to the ground, adjust the Turner link to meet the swaybar hole on the other side, and tighten everything up. Never install both sway bar links with the tires off the ground. Our link is made from a stock HD swaybar link with an easily adjusted hex rod in the middle.

One link or two? Technically, the remove preload only one link is required. However, there may be cases where having two links is better. Having an adjustable link on both sides of the car will allow you to better position the front sway bar for clearance or when a different racing style coil over is used.

This strut and shock mount package covers the front and rear rubber mounts and bushings commonly replaced during a strut and shock install. While you're installing new front struts and rear shocks these are easily installed - there's no additional labor and special tools are not required. Since these pieces are mostly rubber, they dry up and crack over time. Re-using them lead to problems with fitment or noise, and may have safety issues as well. These mounts and pads are the perfect complement to your new shocks to help restore your car's handling and performance.

We sell the basic strut and shock mount package, which includes:
  • Front strut mounts (also known as guide support)
  • Front strut reinforcement plates (to prevent cracking and deforming of the front strut towers)
  • Front strut tower paper washer gaskets
  • Front and rear self-locking mounting nuts
  • Rear Lifetime Warranty 'Repair Shop' shock mounts
  • Rear shock mount reinforcements (to prevent cracking of shock towers)
  • Rear shock mount gaskets
    In addition, you can add the front spring pads, front bump stops, front dust boots, rear bump stops, and rear dust boots if needed. But please note that some shocks and coil overs come with all or some of these pieces already. If in doubt, check with your supplier on what is included.

    We offer three varieties of the rear shock mounts - OEM, Repair Shop, and HP alum-rubber. We recommend either the Repair Shop or HP mounts because the stock OEM design has a flaw that can lead to premature failure of the mounts. The Repair Shop and HP mounts use a different design that will last longer and the Repair Shop mounts also have a lifetime warranty!

    The stock Genuine BMW front "lower" control arms (31108095665 & 31108095666) are great for standard daily driving and occasional spirited driving, but they tend to fall flat on the track due to the soft rubber bushings causing excess deflection, creating undesirable handling characteristics. In order to address this issue, Turner now offers new Performance Adjustable Front Lower Control Arms! These control arms offer multiple benefits over stock control arms, helping to keep your BMW under control and on the track. In order to get the most out of your BMW M3/M4, these new control arms provide roll center, camber, and track width adjustment to dial in your alignment for optimal handling! Additionally, the ball joint angle has been corrected to allow for full articulation. Stainless Steel spacers are provided to correct roll center for lowered vehicles. The use of FK Rod Ends and High Misalignment Spherical Bearings eliminates the flex and binding found in the OEM control arms while allowing smooth articulation. Another great feature of these control arms is the Double Adjuster Lock Down. This allows camber and track width settings to be adjusted and locked in without the use of finicky jam nuts. This double adjuster is machined from 4130 Chromoly; gun-drilled to reduce weight, then electroless nickel plated for corrosion resistance. A ride height sensor bracket is also integrated to maintain factory ride height sensor location, regardless of the length of the arm to keep BMW's chassis electronics happy.     We put together this special sway bar set for the SpecE46 racing class (SE46) and any other E46 that gets heavy track time. We use the 30mm M3 front bar combined with the 21mm E46 non-M rear bar. From our time racing the E46 in World Challenge, Grand-Am, and SCCA club racing we found that the E46 likes a stiffer sway bar and less spring rate. Taking the M3 front bar, which is solid, is exactly what we wanted. They are adjustable in the front (3-position) and the rear (2-position) to fine tune the handling. Bushings are included and new adjustable links are optional. These bars are crafted from a special spring steel that is both stronger and more resilient than competitive sway bars. They have been shot peened and heat treated, and feature precision forged ends.

    Setup: The bars are adjustable so any driver can find an ideal setup for the type of driving they are doing. The sway bar becomes stiffer in the holes furthest from the end of the bar. The holes at the very end of the bar are the softest setting. We would generally recommend starting out with the front bar set to the stiffer setting and the rear bar positioned in the soft setting. Adjust to your liking from there. When using these in a non-SE46 setup (or other struts beside MCS) the strut housing may have to be rotated in the spindle so that the sway bar link lines up better with the sway bar tab on the strut.

    Adjustable sway bar links are strongly advised to ensure that there is no pre-load on the bars. And to position the bar so that it has the correct clearance to other suspension components. Pre-load is when the bar is slightly stressed when it's on the car, from differing ride heights or from the chassis being slightly twisted. With the SE46 coil overs the adjustable links are a smart idea. If you have to force the links to fit the bar because it has tension then you have pre-load. Adjustable front or rear links can be added from the options listed below.

    Here at Turner we understand the importance of an upgrade that will get the results you need on the track and still be tolerable on the drive around town. When it comes to control arms on the track, making them as stiff as you can (usually using solid mounts) is the best way to increase your driving precision by eliminating the deflection of rubber. The next best thing to create a balance would be to stiffen up the control arm with polyurethane, giving you the option of a more stock like feel with 80a or closer to the solid feel with 95a durometers. These poly bushings will give your control arms a direct connection between your suspension and the body of the car eliminating the slop felt under take-off and braking so you feel more in control of your vehicle.

    TMS E36 solid sub-frame bushings are designed for track and racecars to remove twisting and flexing of the subframe where it mounts to the rear floor. This twisting is one of the causes of rear subframe/floor failure in E36 cars. We originally developed these for our SCCA SPEED World Challenge cars. A BMW's subframe is the heart of the suspension. Because the subframe is mounted with rubber isolators, when the subframe moves, so does the rest of the suspension mounting points. As the rubber wears and becomes more pliable, the alignment and suspension settings move even more. Replace the stock rubber bushings to limit drivetrain and suspension movement and keep your car set up the way it's supposed to be.

    Our mounts are designed using a CAD program with further attention paid to making the mount as light as possible. We also notched the flanges to allow the use of the BMW factory removal tools. One front bushing is slotted to allow for compliance between manufacturing standards as BMW specifies. These bushings are CNC machined out of high grade billet aluminum.

    As Used on Project E46 330 To reduce the understeering affects of a staggered wheel setup you want a balanced set of sway bars. We use a 2-way adjustable 27mm front bar and a 3-way adjustable, 21mm rear bar. These anti-roll bars have precision forged ends and include urethane bushings with a reinforced inner liner that eliminates squeaks and doesn't require lubrication. The bars are powder coated for durability and good looks. These bars are made from a proprietary alloy that is both stronger and more resilient than other sway bar kits.

    Fitment
    These bars fit in the stock locations using the existing brackets and links. Adjustable links are not required but recommended if the car is lowered or if you have coil overs. We can also include new factory links with the hardware pressed in for a quicker install. This is especially helpful in the rear where the hardware can be tricky. To avoid pre-loading the bar, it is best to leave one side un-done until the car is lowered to the ground. Never connect both links to the same bar with the car off the ground.

    Do I need adjustable sway bar links?
    The adjustable sway bar links ensure that there is no pre-load on the bar and that the bar has the correct clearance to other suspension components. Pre-load is when the bar is slightly stressed when it's on the car. If you have to force the links to fit the bar because it has tension then you have pre-load. Adjustable links fix all of that because you can then shorten or lengthen the link to match the installation of the bar. If you have coil overs or the car is very low, you should definately have the adjustable links because these conditions may contribute to the pre-load situation.

    Setup
    The bars are adjustable so any driver can find an ideal setup for the type of driving they are doing. The sway bar becomes stiffer in the hole(s) furthest from the end of the bar. The holes at the very end of the bar are the softest setting. We would generally recommend starting out with the front bar set to the stiffer setting and the rear bar positioned in the middle. Adjust to your liking from there.

    This carbon fiber strut brace uses a flat-oval design with a hinge-less mounting system that makes this one of the best strut braces on the market (especially at the price!). Cornering forces can put stress on the chassis, especially when used with stickier tires and stiffer suspensions.Strut braces help to reduce chassis flex by tying the two strut towers together. This design is stronger than most strut braces that use a hinge on the end that allows additonal flex. This design has fixed end mounts that the strut bar is bolted to.     Replacing your struts and shocks? Don't forget the bushings! The rubber mounts for the shocks will go bad over time, especially if you drive hard or the roads are particularly rough. The shock mounts locate the front struts and rear shocks to the car - providing a quiet and vibration-free buffer between the road and the cabin.     The Turner E36 Non-M Race Camber Plates are the most advanced design on the market. These are designed specifically for E36 Non-M - no shortcuts or cookie-cutter components. Starting with a fresh design to make these very user friendly and easy to install and set up. The front suspension has unique geometry and the strut is mounted at an angle that can put significant side loading on the strut shaft if it's not located properly. The location and angles for the main bearing were carefully engineered to allow the proper motion ratio and strut angles during adjustment. This greatly reduces bending forces on the strut itself which improves performance and longevity. By designing for only one chassis, they were able to focus on what works best in that application - proper fitment and operation without unnecessary adapters, easy-to-use camber and caster adjustments, and an intelligent modular design.

    Another important feature of these Camber Plates is the size of the upper plate. The plates have a very large surface area to better spread strut forces through the strut tower. A smaller upper plate, like those found on competitor's kits, will localize strut forces and contribute to strut tower deformation ('strut tower mushrooming'). This is a very important feature especially as these cars get older and spend more time on the track. Deformed strut towers are a serious performance and safety concern and our camber plates are properly designed to handle the loads. The factory strut reinforcement plates are not required with these camber plates (but you can use them if you want to).

    Included is a hardware kit for use both 12mm and 14mm threaded strut shafts, as well as a square or tapered seats; no additional sleeves or bearing adapters required.

    BMW’s are known to have failure prone front thrust arm bushings.  The flexible rubber bushings, even those found in M performance models, allow significant movement of the front wheels to maximize daily driving comfort, but also allow considerable alignment change.  This results in a disconnected and numb road feel, standing between you and a confidence inspiring driving experience.     Made in the USA The BMW E46 3-Series chassis is one of the most rigid and well built BMW chassis to date. Even so, it still has some of the traditional BMW weak points. One of these is the rear sway bar / swaybar mounts. From chassis to chassis the problem has not been identical, but all the damage we have seen has been related to metal fatigue. The metal fatigue is due to the constant twisting and side loading of the sway bar. These forces on the sway bar will cause the mounting points to fail over time. The failure can happen faster with sway bar bind due to improper maintenance of the bushings. However, proper sway bar bushing maintenance does not totally eliminate the problem. In the case of the E46 the sheet metal for the bushing bracket does not have enough material to support the loads being transferred to the subframe. We have designed the reinforcement to strengthen and redirect the load to stronger sheet metal. Requires Welding. Does not fit M3.

    The stock Genuine BMW front "upper" control arms (31108095667 & 31108095668) are great for standard daily driving and occasional spirited driving, but tend to fall flat on the track due to the soft rubber bushings causing excess deflection, creating undesirable handling characteristics. In order to address this issue, Turner now offers new Performance Front Tension Rods with upgraded FK Spherical Bearings! These tension rods offer multiple benefits over stock control arms, helping to keep your BMW under control and on the track. The biggest upgrade over the stock control arm is the replacement of the rubber bushing with JMX hardened Teflon-lined low-friction FK Spherical Bearings. This allows for smooth control arm articulation, without the standard mushy feel you'd expect from rubber bushings. As a result, you get a more responsive feel that inspires confidence lap after lap! The PTFE liner is chemically bonded to the inner diameter of the race. The liner offers a very high load carrying capacity and has greatly increased dynamic wear characteristics, offering robust reliability for both street and track use. Another benefit of these Performance Tension Rods is increased caster adjustment, allowing precise alignment for optimal turn-in response and to compensate for variances between left and right caster.
