The ECS Rear Damping Extension Kit solves that problem with a clean and functional solution. These flexible extensions relocate the adjustment knobs to an easily accessible point above the rear shock towers, letting you dial in your suspension from inside the cabin, no disassembly required.
Installation is straightforward: simply drill a small access hole in your interior trim and route the extension cables through. The adjustment knobs can be removed to allow the line to pass through smaller openings, minimizing cutting. For proper installation, be sure to fully loosen the set screw, insert the cable, then securely tighten it using the provided Allen key.

What is spring rate?
You may ask yourself "what is the spring rate and how does it affect my ride?" Spring rate is the amount of force needed to compress a spring one inch. For example if you have a spring rate of 300lbs per inch it will take 300lbs of force to compress the spring one inch. An average coilover for your F3x has over 400 lbs/in for the front and over 500 lbs/in for the rear, this means that it will take over 400lbs of force to compress your front spring one inch and over 500lbs of force to compress the rear one inch. The higher the spring rate, the more rigid your ride is going to be. ECS lowering springs for your F3x have a spring rate of 184 lbs/in in the front and 462 lbs/in, an increase over factory but much less than a coilover. The polished aluminum ECS strut tower bar kit offers more than just good looks - it reduces chassis flex to stiffen the suspension, and helps to triangulate the front end, providing more consistent suspension geometry.
Strut tower plates should sit flush against the strut towers. If this is not the case, your strut towers are to some extent deformed. This can be easily remedied in minor cases with a block of wood and a hammer.

Your factory end link brackets are a one piece design with an integrated stud made of flimsy metal with no coating to protect from the elements. Over the years your end link hardware rusts right to the integrated stud and when you go to remove the end links or brackets they are one strong turn and a snap away from needing to be replaced.
Not only did ECS come up with a stronger solution with a superior resistance to corrosion but went the extra mile to incorporate hardware that can be replaced time and time again so you will never need to replace the brackets themselves. The end link brackets feature chamfers and locator pins to fit perfectly in factory location and make for a straight forward install. The brackets featuring a slotted area for the bolt head to sit so you don't have the headache of having to get a wrench in the tight space behind the bracket while installing them.

Due to their soft rubber construction, OE strut mounts are known to wear at an accelerated rate. Many high-mileage vehicles fall victim to strut mount failure, which is commonly associated with annoying clunks, groans, or rattles from the front suspension.

E46 323/325/328/330i 2-way adjustable 27mm front sway bar with urethane bushings.
Sway bars are typically sold as a front and rear set to balance the handling. But a front sway bar only can also have excellent benefits, especially on a street car. Going with a larger front bar will improve steering and handling even at low-moderate speeds. Steering turn-in is faster and gives the car a more direct and responsive feel. Cars with staggered wheel fitments (a narrower front wheel compared to the rear) will especially benefit from this and help the front tire 'bite' into the road.
ECS has specified an adjustable 27mm sway bar that has been fine-tuned for use on the E46 non-M models. Urethane bushings with a reinforced inner core that requires no lubrication are included.

To reduce the understeering affects of a staggered wheel setup you want a balanced set of sway bars. ECS has configured this anti-roll bar set for the non-M E46 with a 27mm adjustable front bar and a 21mm rear bar. The front is adjustable to two positions to fine-tune the handling and reduce understeer. The rear bar is fixed to retain the stock sway bar link. These anti-roll bars include urethane bushings with a reinforced inner liner that eliminates squeaks and doesn't require lubrication. The bars are powder coated for durability and good looks.
These bars fit in the stock locations using the existing brackets and links. Adjustable links are not required but recommended if the car is lowered or if you have coil overs (note: the rear bar is designed to only use the stock link, heavily lowered cars should not use this kit).
The bars are adjustable so any driver can find an ideal setup for the type of driving they are doing. The sway bar becomes stiffer in the hole(s) furthest from the end of the bar. The holes at the very end of the bar are the softest setting. We would generally recommend starting out with the front bar set to the stiffer setting and adjust to your liking from there.

Want a race-spec rear shock mount but with the comfort of a factory bushing? This ECS rear shock mount combines the precision and articulation of a spherical bearing with the isolation of urethane bushings. The stainless monoball bearing is lined with PTFE lubricant and suspended in 80A urethane and housed in a hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum mount. The spherical bearing is a better design than most rear shock mounts because it allows the shock to move and tilt without side-loading the shock shaft (which leads to premature failure of the shock). Most Genuine BMW and aftermarket shock mounts are not designed for shock angles and the stress that track or performance driving will put on the shock shaft. The ECS shock mount is properly designed to handle these loads. The internal bearing is also replaceable - it will be years before you have to replace the entire mount. The ECS mount is fully encapsulated to prevent the common shock mount failure of the stock mount design.
ECS RSM features:

PART DESIGN
The front sway bar mounting brackets are made from a solid piece of 6061-T6 billet aluminum that are precision CNC-machined to bolt into the OEM mounting location while utilizing greaseable, polyurethane bushings. They are Type II black anodized for corrosion protection and include zinc flake coated Class 12.9 alloy steel bolts for premium performance.
The red polyurethane bushings feature a greaseable channel for extended service life and quieter operation than standard polyurethane bushings.

This carbon fiber strut brace uses a flat-oval design with a hinge-less mounting system that makes this one of the best strut braces on the market (especially at the price!). Cornering forces can put stress on the chassis, especially when used with stickier tires and stiffer suspensions.Strut braces help to reduce chassis flex by tying the two strut towers together. This design is stronger than most strut braces that use a hinge on the end that allows additonal flex. This design has fixed end mounts that the strut bar is bolted to. The slim oval tube is 100% carbon fiber for excellent strength and rigidty. The entire assembly is less than 5lbs and installs in minutes.
Fitment note: the end plates on this brace are closed. Some aftermarket front struts have an extra tall strut pin that will interfere with this brace.
